Cons:

De douchekop in de badkamer hangt in een gammele houder waardoor douchen niet makkelijk is.
Er ontbreekt een waterkoker om koffie of thee te maken.

Pros:

Voor wie met het openbaar vervoer reist, zoals ik, ligt het hotel prima, op zo'n 15 minuten lopen vanaf het treinstation van Wiltz, en busstation Lann ligt zelfs nog dichterbij. De kamer (in het nieuwe bijgebouw, waar ook het zwembad is) was gerieflijk, met veel voorzieningen. Het ontbijtbuffet (in het historische gebouw, waar ook de receptie is) was voortreffelijk, zeker ook het roerei (buitengewoon smakelijk bereid).

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Over het zwembad, de sauna en het restaurant kan ik verder niet oordelen omdat ik hiervan geen gebruik heb gemaakt.

Cons:

Kregen geen andere kamer toegewezen nadat door kortsluiting verlichting op de badkamer uitviel. Werd wel gezegd dat er iemand voor kwam maar die hebben we niet gezien.

Het bekwaam vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij het inchecken. Warm welkom

Nette kamer, werkpunt is het ontbijtbuffet
Pros:

Ruime kamer.
Zwembad in privé-gebruik na reservatie.

Cons:

Mini vuilnisbak op kamer (niet handig als je een kindje bij hebt met regelmatig een vuile pamper).
Het ontbijtbuffet werd onvoldoende aangevuld: 1 brood, als dat op was, kwam geen nieuw, dan moest je het doen met koffiekoeken en pistolets... 1x waren er pannenkoeken als je op juiste moment naar het buffet ging.

Un endroit qui paraissait un rêve …
Pros:

L’emplacement est très agréable et l’hôtel charmant.
La literie est excellente

Cons:

Isolation phonique quasi nulle
Et par rapport à la considération du clientAyant prévenu de une arrivée tardive j’ai reçu un mail me demandant de payer pour avoir le code pour rentrer j’ai répondu que j’avais payé déjà depuis 2 mois pas de mail pas de code je me retrouve achever une autre chambre pour le nuit à minuit et le lendemain quand je me présente et j ‘explique ce qui c’est passé aucune remise en question aucune vérification juste un “ah non on laisse ouvert “
Un malentendu peut avoir lieu évidemment mais en général les hôteliers cherchent à comprendre et prennent cela en considération
Même discussion sur la piscine pour laquelle l’hôtel s’engage a privatiser pour les clients 40 min .discussion Doctolib :non pas de réservation …bref …
