Pros:

It was clean and had a good TV

Cons:

No mini fridge. No microwave. Cigarette smokers outside the room causing drift smoke into our room. Large, drinking/smoking party in the parking lot until late. Noisy neighbors coming and going all night long.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at a hotel.

I booked a stay at Vagabond Inn Santa Barbara through Booking.com. Our original reservation was canceled due to what we were told was an error on the hotel's part. We then had to pay again to secure our accommodation.

Despite this situation, the hotel has refused to refund the original payment of $629.73. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue, but instead of taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution, the staff have been unhelpful, and they have even hung up on us when we tried to discuss the matter.

I strongly advise anyone considering this establishment to stay away. This level of unprofessionalism and the refusal to refund our money are completely unacceptable.
