Location ideal re tube and friends we were visiting. Clean, really nice bathroom facility and towels. (Issue re lighting). We were on the non-tube side and so room was quiet. Reassuring to have someone on the desk. Having read reviews about breakfast we were a little concerned. We found the continental breakfast supplied excellent and plenty of it, it set us up for the day. Helpful re tea/coffee and milk supplies. Would happily stay again.
The glazed window in the bathroom meant when the light was tuned on at night to use the facility it illuminated the whole room and so woke up my wife. Not sure why this is viewed as good design.
The location was close to our work assignment and the tube stop.
Though the location was good for us, the trains were loud throughout the night. We have been staying here for several years for our assignments in Ealing, and the cleanliness of the hotel facility is not what it was since the first time. It seems to be slowly deteriorating.
the hotel is in a very convenient location with Northfields station[]piccadilly line ] opposite hotel , there is also bus services available . very convenient for bars /restaurants and local shops including a Sainsbury's .
although hotel room was small , it has what you need for a few nights stay .
bed was comfortable .
although there is a train service which runs behind the hotel , I was able to have a room which didn't hear any noise
the restaurant that is attached to the hotel never seems to be open in the evening

It mentions a kitchenette but all that is, is a fridge, kettle and sink. There used to be a microwave in the rooms so you could heat food (staff offered the use of a microwave in the restaurant)
Great location with easy access to Heathrow and the city. Nice pubs and restaurants close but too.

The property was in a very bad shape, dirty and worn-out carpets, bathroom, stains on the ceiling and floors. It is located between a main road and a railroad. We could hear the trains passing by every few minutes, it felt like the trains were passing through the room. Paying 280 £ for the night felt like being robbed.
I booked this hotel mainly for the convenience of the underground station close by. The hotel itself was really good value for money. The member of staff that greeted us (myself and partner) was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, and the bed wasn't too bad. We weren't in the room that long as we had a concert to go to, so was only needed for somewhere to crash the night really. It's a shame there isn't a room available for when I next need to go to London, as I'd stay here again 🙂
The only downside to our room was the bathroom. The toilet was leaking a bit when it was flushed, and the door handle on the inside was broken and wouldn't lock properly.
If I had to be really picky, I'd say the bedside lights/light switches could do with lowering, as once you've got comfortable in bed, they're a bit hard to reach!
Location was good, it was across from the underground
There was no wifi when I checked in and because of that I couldnt work. The front desk person knocked on my door claiming my payment didnt go through but realized his pay machine wasn'nt working so he had to return with another machine. The curtains were ripped in my room and there were only 2 very small pillows.

Very nice staff. Lots of storage space. Fridge in the room. Convenient for tube station.
Shower tray was very stained and damaged. Railway line was just under the window, even with earplugs trains could still be heard/felt all through the night. Breakfast mediocre.
