overall , a good stay
Pros:

room cleaned every day
comfortable bed
good storage space
although next to the trains , fortunate not to hear too much noise affecting my sleep
close to local amenities and good public transport links

Cons:

the restaurant next to the hotel was closed throughout my stay

Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, - tényleg a metróállomástól 20 m-re van- ....amennyiben nincs metrofelújítás. Mi sajnos kifogtuk.
Maga a hotel alapvetően nagyon szép helyen van, a környék is szép, tipikus angol feeling. Közelben parkok, boltok, étterem Tesco, Lidl. A szoba hatalmas volt, 3 ággyal (1 francia, és 2 db egyszemélyes) , kényelmesen elfértünk. A fürdő tiszta, kényelmes.
Kis konyhasarok szuper ötlet, tányárok, bögrék evőeszközök még lehetnének bekészítve, bár kaptunk a recepción.
Reggeli teljesen megfelelt, bőséges, választékos.
Közlekedéssel minden könnyen elérhető, mi végül is buszt választottunk, de nem volt gond azzal sem.
Mi Harry Potter múzeumba érkeztünk Londonba, 3 napra, ahhoz meg tökéletes választás volt. A hoteltől kb 1.5 óra volt az út 3 átszállással.

Cons:

Szobánk az alagsorban volt, hiányzott az ablak, ami a plafonon volt, bevilágító funkcióval. Az alagsorban csatornaszag volt, szerintem egy illatosítóval valószínű elnyomható lenne . Wc kefe valóban nem volt, amit szerintem semmiség megoldani.

La camera era carina

Cons:

La testata del letto sporca piena di manate unte, bagno con peli non nostri, no sapone di cortesia, no bottigliette d'acqua di cortesia e non ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani. L'hotel è posizionato proprio di fronte alla metro, il che era perfetto per noi, peccato che è una delle stazioni che chiudono verso orario cena quindi se poi devi rientrare in orario serale all'hotel devi prendere altri mezzi

Newly renovated bathroom and location was good.

Cons:

Dirty. Carpet was old and stained. Was not vacuumed. Found a lot of long dark hair on floor and bathroom. Toilet had poo stains under the seat. AC was set to 18 however was still 30 degrees in the room.

Very disappointing.

Good location.

Cons:

The room was a smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. The air-conditioning (room 014) did not work. The shower did not work properly. I had to fix it myself. The receptionist on duty was unable to change the room, mend the air-con or shower, despite wanting to help. Despite numerous emails to the property both through booking and direct, no one from the property did us the courtesy of a reply.

A well serviced convenience safe place to stay.
Pros:

Location is very convenience with underground station opposite the hotel and bus that takes a few minutes to main train station Ealing Broadway which has shopping center food supermarket etc...
Staff is always available and very helpful. Would recommend..

Cons:

I stay in superior King room with kitchenette it would be complete to have microwave and perhaps a box of tissue. Housekeeping room cleaning should pay more attention to details.

Not the best!
Pros:

Location was OK, although tube station was not working fully!
Bed was fine, bathroom clean. Shower OK.

Cons:

Air conditioning not working on a very hot day/night.
Replacement fans were a help after the night porter was unable to fix the problem. He did try to help!

There was no sign of the T.V. remote, so it was not possible to use.

The room was O.K. but quite tired/shabby and could do with a refurbishment.

It wasn't great considering the price.
