Très bon emplacement (en face de l'arrêt de métro Northfields), hôtel sans chichi, personnel sympathique et aidant.
La kitchenette gagnerait à être un peu mieux équipée. Comme l'hôtel est situé au-dessus de la ligne de métro, il faut avoir conscience qu'il n'est pas dans l'environnement le plus silencieux.
Al llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que estaba lleno y no había disponibilidad, siendo que tenía la reserva por booking. Me tuve que ir a las 2.30 am a buscar otro lugar.

Location for us was great
The staff were great however the room was so dirty I had to clean it myself and one of the pillows had blood on it the photos of the breakfast online should be reported to authorities as one morning they had raw sausage mixed in with cooked???? Other people complained about water running down there walls from bathroom above just horrible and never again

The location is a bit far from central of london, but since the hotel is right across northfields station, so it is very easy and convenient to travel. The hotel staff, is very helpful and kind - truly the best feature of this hotel
Location and staff on front desk were very helpful. Rooms were large too
Breakfast was poor and food cold, restaurant was closed for evening meal. Fire alarm went off 3 times during the night all false alarms. Beds / mattresses felt worn, hotel felt worn overall
Comfy bed, decent size tv, good looking bathroom. Was always kept nice and clean. Close to superstores and decent italian resturants.
How close it was to the rail station so kept me up most of the night because of the loud noise. Also fire alarn going off randomly at 1am last night. But besides all that i had a lovely time at the hotel.
Great location and good value for money for a budget hotel.
Not a king-size bed two doubles put together badly the separate during the night is not what I thought I was getting.
A broken thermostat in the shower that took three days to fix was not ideal.
Limescale in the room kettle was unhygienic and waited 15 minutes to have it cleaned because they don't have spare ones was another inconvenience.
Overall not the standard of Best Western than I've experienced in other locations.
Have stayed here a few times. Staff always friendly. Some good sized rooms. All rooms (that I’ve stayed in) have fridges. Handy for Northfields Underground.
It’s a converted office block so it’s not that attractive a building, but don’t be put off by that.
The hotel standard is for hostel, undetandable becauuse formerly it was a hostel. No change of beddings, no room cleaning, or toiloteries unless you ask. I staywd 5 nights without refreshment!!
Property location is a crossline of a highway and train line making it too noisy

Location by train station was convenient to Heathrow. Neighbourhood restaurants were nice
Proximity to train station also resulted in very noisy all night. Also no A/C during very hot night
The location. Easy access to the train station and the bus stops.
If your room is located next to the train lines, the noise disturbs you all through the night. We requested a change of room which was granted and we were happy about that. We weren't disturbed by the sound after changing the room.
