Great room, perfect location and pretty darn clean

For this reservation, I stayed an entire week as I am someone that not only works remotely & attends school online, but I am also on a trip of relocation. With that said, I felt like I had one of the most perfect room types and locations within the hotel complex for such the stay. It was perfect for my situation. Room was spacious, pretty clean, housekeeping made their rounds around the same time daily and my room was the premium quadruple which means it came with not only 2 full sized beds, but also a microwave and a fridge- which is someone like me who is staying for as long as I ended up and did, worked perfectly! This was my second time vising this hotel but my first time staying this long and I must say that it is a perfect place in relation to the deals these rooms go far being in downtown of thee, palm springs.
didn't like occasional noise from the music of the cars passing by with loud bass-filled music but that's a given when you are facing a busy street - with headphones or turning my tv up - that pretty much helps eliminate a bit of that & then the only other thing I could say was the residents above me having a service dog (moved around a lot) - had to take some getting used to. lol.
It’s close to the Downtown and Arena District very convenient to walk to almost anywhere you need to go location wise. It’s definitely preferable.
I have stayed here before unfortunately the room that I got assigned this time seemed like the AC was not fixed or was having issues. It wouldn’t get colder than 78° so the room was always just room temperature but it’s better than that 100+ degrees it was outside. Room 121
I would’ve requested a new room, but as I was mostly out and about with most of my friends, I typically just use the room to sleep. The AC condenser that’s above the sink area in the bathroom also was leaking water. I’m assuming this was the issue and why the room would not get colder.

the shower didn't work. Long black hairs in tub and on bed. Smelled like old cigarettes.
The Hotel is full of drug addicts and really Shady people plus the outside needs a deep cleansing
the fact that ppl dont stay in the room and they cruise the whole building a bunch of gay men festive
They canceled my reservation the mone t I walked in a,d tie, me that they no longer will rent to me. Out me on some sort of lost me when I asked for an explanation yeh only answer I was given was -Nyah’s what my managers notes say and I have to follow directions. I asked to speak with the manqger who was on site but was more concerned with his break in the back then to address my concerns as to why Im Not allowed. he basivcally was at an ear shot of this conversation and chose to not even acknowledge the issue they created . Regardless they canceled my reservation. The room had been paid for and. I am requesting a full refund plus the new reservation at a different property that cost me time and more money.
