Las imágenes eran completamente diferentes a la realidad. Nos vendían una habitación espectacular y la realidad era lo contrario para mal. No tiene calefacción, una tercera cama supletoria, y la luz del pasillo funcionaba a tramos.

NADA, me dejaron vendido y sin la habitación

No me contestaron a mis mensajes, se limpiaron las manos, y me ignoraron completamente. ME DEJARON EN LA CALLE. NO VAYAN AQUÍ, ES ESTAFA.

Solo contestan a lo que les interesa, me intente poner en comunicación para que me devolvieran el dinero y no contestaron. Nada profesionales, solo quieren tu dinero, no se preocupan por nada mas.

Hotel muy antiguo y muy ruidoso

Lo unico bueno es la ubicación estas en pleno centro de salamanca

Cons:

Es una residencia de universitarios
Y justo nos ha tocado al lado de unos q no veas el escandalo q hacían a las 2 de la madrugada
Además las paredes parecen de cartón se escucha con mucha facilidad a las otras personas

They Didn't Even Bother to Empty the Bin in 4 Days

When I arrived at the empty reception I was asked to wait for a while as the receptionist was kissing the a** of a man who was coming in out out of reception, obviously he was way more important than me. The walls are very thin, so thin that the sound of a child switching the light on and off in the room next to mine was irritating.
Can get very noisy in the evenings from people outside. Easter weekend prices were high and there was lack of hospitality and service. Even though there was a cleaner present outside the room, she decided not to empty the bin for 4 days, there were no clean towels and no clean sheets during this time. The blanket in the bed was old. The WiFi really only worked properly on the last day. The hotel doesn't have a very nice atmosphere and seems a bit dodgy and creepy. When I turned the lock on my door on the inside it made a noise that sounded as if I was coming out of the room, suddenly I heard people coming out of another room as if going to follow.

As fotos não correspondem à realidade, mas o mais importante, limpeza do quarto e casa de banho precisa ser melhorado e o pavimento dos corredores muito sujo. ☹️
