Very disappointing and certainly could not recommend to anybody considering staying there

Breakfast room and food was very good

Cons:

Property sadly lacked maintenance. Basin in bathroom was cracked . Drapes were off track making it difficult to block light out of a morning. Bathroom was not attended to each day and supplies were not replenished. Bed was hard and pillows even harder, no good sleep. Rubbish bins were not emptied in the 3 days we stayed there. Split levels of floors meant too much stair climbing.

Excellent Four Saints Brig y don in Llandudno!
Pros:

Everything! We would definitely return to 'Four Saints' Brig y don.

Cons:

Very few things that warranted negative feedback but for clarity some areas of the hotel just need some DIY! A rusty radiator in the showeroom & the window overlooking back carpark was covered in condensation! These issues did not bother us.
