Positives 9/10 negatives (Very few good value
Pros:

Room good ,clean,functional, well equipped, beds really comfortable, no shortage of tea,coffee, milk,chocolate ect.Breakfast buffet style, food well cooked ,stocked and plenty of variation.Parking to rear of hotel but not for all customer's but welcome relief from street parking

Cons:

Shower not easily regulated temperature, access in and out very tight managed OK, but anyone on the larger size with poor mobility would have issues.Tip for anyone with mobility issues notify property as lift services level access to only part of the rooms .Room we were in you needed to access by two flights of stairs after using the lift.(I am sure they can accommodate client if they have prior notice)

Pros:

Very comfortable. Quiet hotel with the opportunity to go to sister hotel for dinner and entertainment. Best of both worlds

perfectly adequate and value for money.
Pros:

Room was a bit "basic" and functional. Finish was a bit average but acceptable. Location is absolutely ideal for the beach (we had a dog with us) and the town centre / pier. Breakfast is first class.

Cons:

Room could do with a bit of modernisation and updating. Not keen that you have to use a lift to get from the car park to the room.

Pros:

Interesting place, they make a lot of the tradition of the four saints. Staff were helpful and interesting to chat with. General atmosphere of friendliness. It copes quite well with the general decline of seaside hotels that really belong in a genteel past.

Cons:

Wifi more or less non existent. No evening restaurant, no decent ones in the vicinity. Some of the public areas are rather tired and cluttered.

Nice hotel, pity about the room!

Cons:

We needed a room near the lift, which we were given, but the room needed complete refurbishment. Loose floorboards, holes in the walls, cracks in the ceiling near the lights and the smallest bathroom ( approx 7'x3') I've ever seen in a hotel.
The room took the whole "gloss" off our stay.

Lovely Llandudno
Pros:

Breakfast was great , no complaints there.
Location wonderful. Lovely lounge to relax in. They also have a bar I cannot comment because I did not use it.

Cons:

The shower units are a bit on the small side. We had a twin room with sea view for 2 nights & our last night was a twin room without view. The first room had a very stuffy bathroom because the extractor fan was not working.The cheaper room was better value. It was cooler & the room had a good bathroom with a working extractor fan.
