Close to the sea.
Lovely atmosphere.
Really helpful staff.

Cons:

The split landing. It was difficult at first for us due to husband’s mobility.

Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Staff are friendly and quickly responded to issues with housekeeping. Good choices at breakfast. Managed to get a space on the hotel's private car park so avoided parking charges.

Cons:

Tea and coffee items not always replaced daily by housekeeping, which meant trips to reception.

Nice hotel nice stay
Pros:

The hotel was well located on the front with access front and back, lift to the room was very helpful,room was clean and comfortable bed, really great breakfast great choice.

Cons:

Parking was a bit awkward with only a few spaces but luckily found one, shower door was hanging off when we arrived but was quickly sorted out.

Our stay
Pros:

The lad in breakfast room very polite and talkative about things made you feel at ease & wanted at the hotel
Rooms are very comfortable warm even when window wide open at night

Cons:

At first appearance, reception more interested in watching F1 on tv under counter only for that stay was brilliant
