Pros:

The breakfast and the rooms comfort
The availability of the breakfast staff

Cons:

We arrived at 22h30 and there was a security guard at reception. No staff member was available to give us clear direction on our booking arrangement. He told us that the staff of the guesthouse went home. Check in on Booking.com says until 23h00 but there was no staff available. Our rooms were far from each other. We are a family and was suppose to stay close to each other. Where we parked the car, was far and we had to carry our own bags up the heel and also to the second floor. Even when we checked out, no one asked if we needs assistance with the bags whiles the staff was there. So i don't know if its the normal practice of Lesotho. Noise level from other booked in staff in the corridor the night and early in the morning from 04h12 am. They did apologize but it was too much. The road leading the the guesthouse needs serious upgrade improvement

The property was clean and not located far from town

Cons:

On Saturday the was a lot of noise that made us struggle to sleep and change the mean for breakfast we can’t have beans for 3 days.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. They accomodated my request for an earlier check-in. Helpef arrange transport

Cons:

It would have been nice to have plates in the room. I bought food and had to eat out of the packaging. Microwave would alos be great.
