Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. They accomodated my request for an earlier check-in. Helpef arrange transport

Cons:

It would have been nice to have plates in the room. I bought food and had to eat out of the packaging. Microwave would alos be great.

Staff very friendly but place needs proper cleaning
Pros:

The electricity blanket was so helpful and made it comfortable for us to sleep it was cold

Cons:

The property wasn’t clean at all, corridors weren’t clean, found a tooth pick under one pillow, iron was so dirty

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment, with very limited options (for example, yogurt was available but no muesli), which did not meet expectations.
I also had a concerning experience at check-in. I had booked in advance at a discounted rate, but upon arrival, the receptionist presented a booking under my name with a different (higher) amount and a different confirmation number. This raised concerns about a possible attempt to have me pay more than my original booking.
Overall, while the accommodation itself was great, the breakfast and check-in experience need serious improvement.
