Small and nice hotel in a very good location
Pros:

The location is excellent. Check-in was easy despite arriving in the middle of the night. The staff was nice and the balcony in our bedroom were lovely.

Cons:

Even though the breakfast area in very nice and the staff was friendly the breakfast-food itself was not very good. I would have preferred some fresh fruit, fresh juice and better bread at least at the buffet table.

Exceptionally Great Hotel.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to shopping, bars, Port of Split and it's exceptionally beautiful waterfront, hotel is very clean with modern amenities, great breakfast and very friendly staff specially the gentleman that checked us in on the evening of July,31/26 and also arranged the taxi from Split airport (SPU), the taxi driver was also very helpful in getting us safely right to the Hotel reception

Pros:

The location is great. The staff are truly very friendly. Due to the season, I stayed on the top floor, but it was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was also very good. There were many flavors to suit different tastes.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. L’hôtel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied du palais et du cœur de la ville.
Le personnel est d'une extrême amabilité.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié.
Le parking gratuit est un véritable plus pour un établissement situé à deux pas du centre-ville.
La propreté est irréprochable.

Cons:

Une de nos chambres était collée à la réception et donc, de fait, un peu bruyante.

Nice room in a great location
Pros:

Location is great. Easy walk to the historic old town. Parking was close and convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Having the elevator was nice.

Cons:

Room was a bit small - hard to find a place to put luggage.

The MOST WONDERFUL hotel I have ever stayed in!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing! All of the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and a memorable experience. The central location is perfect for exploring old town and going to the beach. I had a truly wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting Split. The night guard Simon was there to let me in for my late night check-in and was so friendly each night that I came back late. I have never felt more safe and secure in a hotel. The garden is beautiful for enjoying breakfast and relaxing. I would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing that made me sad was having to leave this beautiful hotel after my week in Split.

Penso si possa trovare di meglio a quel prezzo
Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

Zona colazione molto carina, anche se colazione molto migliorabile.

Personale gentile

Cons:

Non so come possa avere 4 stelle:
- Arredamento abbastanza povero e freddo
- colazione povera (siamo stati in hotel 3 stelle in Croazia con colazioni che al confronto erano un cenone di capodanno)
- presenza di ristornate in teoria, che però era chiuso (noi avendo una bambina di 1 anno avevamo scelto l'hotel soprattutto per quello, oltre alla posizione)
- assenza di piscina o SPA o qualsivoglia altri servizi che un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere
- non avevano neanche il seggiolino per nostra figlia ai tavoli della colazione
- costo troppo alto rispetto all'offerta

Bon choix d’hôtel à Split.
Pros:

Hôtel confortable dans le centre de Split. Qualité de la chambre. Parking gratuit juste a côté.

Cons:

Je suis très déçue de mon séjour. L'ascenseur est tombé en panne et je suis restée bloquée pendant environ 10 minutes. Le plus inquiétant est que personne n'est venu me porter assistance. J'ai même dû appeler ma sœur pour qu'elle prévienne la réception. Une telle situation est inacceptable et très angoissante. J'espérais un meilleur niveau de sécurité et de réactivité de la part de l'hôtel.
