Excellent service
Pros:

Comfy beds. Clean room. Daily HOMEMADE breakfast. Daily social hour! On the water, bay view! Daily sightings - dolphins, birds, crab, and fish! Private porch with rocking chair. Uncrowded.

Cons:

A few of the boards on the deck will need replaced soon. Didn't deter my enjoyment.

Okay for one-night stay in beautiful St Augustine
Pros:

Standard type motel room. It was okay for a one night stay. The picture is taken from the window of the breakfast room.

Cons:

An old-fashioned AC was too noisy to keep it on during the night but too hot to sleep without it. We got a room without the view of river like most of the rooms have so that wasn't cool. We hope that we paid less for the room without a view, but we don't know. There was a breakfast, but don't count on it because it's nothing.

Perfect base for exploring the area. Clean, quiet, and very welcoming.
Pros:

Really good parking facilities if you are travelling by car, and just a short walk into town.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark

Agreat place to stay when visiting st. Augustine.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful which allowed us to have an early check iin. The Edgewater is indeed on the river's edge which was great. It is just over the bridge from old St Augustine which is where we wanted to visit so all in all I would recommend it.

Cons:

The decor of the room was a little 'tired'.

Pros:

The view is amazing. We love the location.
The staff could be a little more friendly. Just a little more personality. One older lady that checked us in was very sweet and had personality you like to see when you walk into a business. We have stayed here multiple times. And will continue to come back.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The location was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The views could not be better. Will definitely go back.
