Poor costumer service, people on drugs screaming all night long. Felt like my neighbor motel in Barrio Logan

Bed was so uncomfortable
It's a great location and that is the only positive thing I can say about this location.
I prepaid my room and explained via email and a phone call that I would be a late arrival. Both Motel 6 (corporate) and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone confirmed my room was available and my late arrival would be no problem. When I arrived at 1:30am they had rerented my room and didn't have a room for me. I rented two beds and was offered one bed. The catch was I needed to pay an additional $169 per night for the one-bedroom. If that was not enough the night clerk blamed Booking for over booking the motel. However, I received a confirmation email from Motel 6 months before my reservation, and the room was pre-paid for.

Sheets where not very clean and we woke up the next morning to a puddle of water in the bathroom sink area because the ac was leaking and the couldn’t accommodate us because they were booked . They couldn’t clean our sheets be m side they didn’t have any
No extra towel, No extra toilet papaer, Toilet sheet was in bad condition, AC was not working just blowing air, very tiny room. overall is not worth for the momey

Locked out of room the morning of checkout while loading the car. Keys disabled at 9:45 am

There was no refrigerator no microwave
The beds didn’t feel like comfortable. The tv was cable stopped working for our second day and we did Not have any tv at all. Very disappointed
Overall very clean despite being an old Motel.
The towels were very rough and thin! We stayed 3 nights and 1 night the cable was completely out all evening with no explanation from staff member on why.
