It was the most unpleasant experience I've had in a motel ever.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets. Pee stains in the bathroom. Would never go again and would never recommend to anyone.

Took us 45 minutes standing in line to check out. And when we got to our room is smelled really bad. It smelled like it was sweat box. Mu husband went as asked for another room they didn't have any other rooms available. So, he went to the store and bought air freshers. The towel was shredding when you use and the mattress very uncomfortable would move to one side.

The only positive I will say is the staff were friendly

Cons:

Our AC went out the first night we were there. It’s was miserably hot and humid. The whole building was out. The AC wasn’t fixed until our last day which we were there for 4 days/3 nights. No discount or anything was offered. Also the room was disgusting. A roach ran across my foot.

Cons:

Place was fully booked. They gave us one towel and one face cloth for 2 people. Bed is hard and the thinnest of pillow for each of us.

Definitely NOT for family, especially with kids

Location is the only pro. It’s well-situated next to a freeway, a beach, and Legoland just a few minutes away.

Cons:

The room was filled with an unpleasant odor. The bathroom light and dryer were out, but they were fixed on the second day. The air conditioning unit was running, but the room wasn’t cooling. There was no microwave or coffee machine in the room (some pictures on Booking.com showed a microwave). As for the towels, they were old and some of the edges were worn out, although I had my own towels. I had booked a nonsmoking room on Bookings.com, but when I arrived, I was offered a smoking room instead. The hotel staff claimed that the nonsmoking room was unavailable, even though they had promised to move me to one. This never happened during my four-night stay. The staff was also not very friendly.
