Roaches in the ground rooms
Kiki at the front desk is a breathe of fresh air very accommodating and caring and goes over and beyond to help guests and so does the gal at night who's been with motel 6 over 20 years she needs a raise..it's a nice place to stay with mo deposit
The dirty floors in rooms
Nothing
The motel gave me another room than what I reserved. They downgraded my bed size and gave me smoking when I stated I wanted non-smoking. They offered to cancel and reimburse for stay. They did not reimburse me and I had to travel far to find a hitel because everything was already booked for the weekend.
The only criticism would be the door jam was not flush with the wall so you can see light through and the air was not as cool as it could have been due to air escaping otherwise amazing place!!

When I was getting dressed there was a roach crawling on me
Close to the beach.
Our room had roaches which we found the next morning when we woke up. The floor had black scuff marks idk if it was dirt or damage. We got stuck in between a family who didn’t go to sleep until almost 4 AM! They let their teenagers run and scream in the hall way to which I did open my door and asked them to stop so I don’t know if that made them mad and caused the noise level from both sides to become crazy loud. All we wanted was a nice place to rest after spending a hot day at legoland. The location is not bad and neither is pricing so I guess we got what we paid for.

Talk about the LACK of customer service!!! Your employees need to be trained in customer service! They are LAZY, lacking all intelligence, your employees have ZERO problem solving skills!
My rooms ceiling was literally raining water! Floor was flooded. You’d think your employees would move me to a new room?!? Nope I was forced to stay in your motel mess for 2 days! Was I reimbursed for those 2 days?!?
NOPE!! They’d need a brain in order to do their jobs!
