Convenient but disappointing.
Pros:

Convenient to the airport after a late arrival in SBA.

Cons:

The a/c unit was dirty near the vents with dust and debris that I cleaned (at 11:30om) so that I wasn’t breathing that in all night. The towels were so small the wouldn’t cover a teen let alone a grown adult. Check in was ridiculous in that there was a worker there but I HAD to use the automated receptionist that was glitching…I had to insert and reinsert my id like 6 times when I had been traveling all day and was tired. It would have been nice to just let a REAL person take care of me without the frustration!

Hotel viel tegen
Cons:

De.locatie viel wel tegen, was blak naast de autoweg en het was erg gehorig. Verder was het meisje achter de incheckbalie niet echt gemotiveerd. Bleef gewoon in de stoel hangen toen ik binnenkwam.
De prijs.vond ik achteraf wel erg hoog voor dit hotel. Nu een 4 sterren hotel inclusief ontbijt midden in San Francisco besproken voor minder geld.

Hotel canceled our reservation without letting us know

Cons:

The hotel canceled our reservation without telling us. We showed up for graduation weekend with 7 people having booked 3 rooms at an exorbitant price. We called two days before to confirm the reservation and were told everything was in order. When we arrived, the hotel had no reservation for us and no rooms available. They offered no recourse and suggested we call Booking.com. We spent over 2 hours trying to do that. Several agents tried to help, but their emails contained broken links or no information. The last email we received said they had made alternate bookings for us at another hotel. When we called the new hotel, they had no reservation under our name and no space for all 7 of us.
