First and last time staying at a Motel. The smell was intolerable.

The evening worker was amazing. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The location, high police traffic, shady people everywhere. We left to get coffee and a room service lady was in our room two hour before check out. She was taking pictures of our belongings in the room still, as we weren't checked out yet. The lady at the front counter was rude and short and showed no concern about the situation. Disgusting place.

Couldn’t accommodate me with the downstairs room have a very bad knee stairs was very difficult for me. Shower curtain was not complete. Hung up. Missing curtain rods floors were dirty no refrigerator no microwave curtains from front window. We’re hanging off the rail. Will never stay there again not worth $200 air conditioner did not work called front desk. No answer totally disgusted with the room.

Over all we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

It quiet easy access to freeway and shopping centers and restaurants
The property was clean and maintained . All staff was helpful and nice

Cons:

The bottom of pool needed to be more kept up

Cons:

2 extra towels when room was booked for 5 ppl.
No extra pillows when room was booked for 5 ppl.
Pool had sand and obviously hadn't been swept.
No filter on the bathroom sink so when you turned water on the pressure caused the water to explode all over the counter and bathroom floor.
