It was centrally located in Chula Vista and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
It's close to the freeway and the trolley station r in
Sheets were dirty smudges. Blanket was disgustingly dirty and stained like it was used to wipe after bathroom visit on toilet.. Only two towels, no hand towels , washcloths, shower floor towel/mat for step out of tub. Wrong lid on toilet, toilet flushing arm inside tank unattached. No microwave, no refrigerator, tv was not secure in cabined opening with wires hanging out. Curtains dirty. Mattress was thin and flattens all the way to platform, could not get a good sleep due to terrible mattress and pillows.. water pressure at hand sink was so low it barely gave enough water to wash hands. Musty smell throughout the room. Arrived 30 minutes before 3:00pm check in time and asked to check in early as I was tired from 7 hour drive, was told it would cost me $30 more to check in before 3:00pm.
Was already paid at $380 for the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in.

This has to be the worst place ever the hotel is infested with roaches the bed was on old wood and the room smelled awful like water rot the people next to us fighting and slamming doors

The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward.
The air conditioner in our room was broken and the room was extremely uncomfortable. When we reported the issue, the staff told us the hotel was fully booked and could not move us to another room. However, Booking.com was still showing available rooms at the time. The staff promised a refund, which I hope they will honor. Unfortunately, the whole situation felt very suspicious and looked like a common scam where the same room is effectively sold multiple times in one night despite known maintenance issues.
