The bed and bathroom were clean. The room attendant was nice.

Cons:

The curtains had holes. One of the sinks had very slow drainage, the phone was busted. The TV monitor was scratched up and had smear marks. The room didn't have amenities such as blow dryer, microwave, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. I was told they changed extra to have a microwave. Furthermore, I had requested a room in a quiet section. Instead, I got a room off the freeway and two doors down from a barking dog.

Too many meth heads. Checked out at 11:30 right after we returned from our event. Wouldn’t sleep there.

Eh maybe spend a few more dollars for a significant increase in quality
Cons:

Someone took a shower and I was still sleep and my whole shower floor was wet. Shower Water was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. Saw a few standers around. Increased my anxiety.

Great value and professional staff
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was amazing. I needed better WiFi reception and they addressed it immediately.

Cons:

There can be some sketchy occupants. I stayed on the 3rd floor, so I was fine.
