Worst experience ever!!!

It was filthy dirty. The curtains were greasy black, I felt like bugs were crawling on me in the bed, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and there were food or bugs on the chair. And people stood outside my door all night drunk/ on drugs partying loud all until about 4am and I could sleep. I was at the motel because I’m traveling for work. I already requested a refund and Booking. Con was said they would call me in 30 minutes yesterday after they spoke with the motel. I recon phone call back. I have never complained about a motel in my life before this.
