Limpeza ok!

Cons:

Tive que mudar 3 vezes de quarto! O ar condicionado com barulho horrível de ventilação, chamaram um técnico e nada resolvido. Todos os quartos que mudei eram a mesma coisa. A temperatura é bloqueada e só vai até 21 graus, não abaixa mais que isso.
O funcionário Porfirio foi muito atencioso.

El resto "peregrino" un golazo. Se come muy bien y no es caro. La comodidad del hotel. La habitación muy buena y el servicio de limpieza.

Cons:

Cuando nos íbamos nos pasaron una cuenta de frigobar qué no habíamos consumido. Nos hicieron firmar que eso no lo habíamos consumido y no nos cobraron nada.

Great value and outstanding service
Pros:

10/10 on everything that matters!
Excellent breakfast, quiet surroundings, and not nearly overcrowded.
The view from the partial sea-view room was astonishing! It even had a narrow but enjoyable balcony.
Everyone at the reception was professional and kind.
There were at least three lifts, and all of them were working perfectly.
The shampoo and conditioner were surprisingly good. There were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were spotless.
I’ll definitely be back if I vacation in Barra da Tijuca again!

Cons:

Everything was excellent.
The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow to empty.

Fomos tão bem recebidos que pretendemos voltar.
Pros:

Gostei dos funcionários, todos muito receptivos, do café da manhã, da limpeza dos locais, do café da manhã. Da copa baby tinha tudo que eu precisava para o meu bebê.

Cons:

Não ter piscina aquecida.

A Localização é extraordinária. A praia em frente é fantástica, o hotel a limpeza são muito bons.

Cons:

Houveram algumas falhas na manutenção do hotel. Reclamei que tinha uma luz em curto, a noite. Ninguém resolveu. Como sou engenheiro, entendi e desliguei o circuito. Mas outra pesoa poderia ter estressado mais.

Principalmente da questão que cheguei 3 hs antes do check-in e fui muito bem recebido . Partiram que eu guardasse as malas e me auxiliaram em tudo que foi necessário para que eu ficasse confortável e bem instalada.

Melhor café da manhã que já participei.
Pros:

Custo é caro para a realidade do trabalhador brasileiro. Mas o café da manhã, os funcionários, a limpeza, tudo excelente. Só o colchão que achei meio ruim, pois tenho problemas na lombar, mas de resto é nota 1000 !!!

O colchão deveria ser melhor.
