the room was well equipped
the location of the hotel was very great because it was close to the main attractions in geroge town
Also , it was very close to multiple good restaurants and convenience stores

Friendly front-desk staff, good breakfast, but the hotel itself didn't live up to our expectations.
Pros:

- The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- The breakfast was really delicious. They even packed it for us when we had an early flight.
- Location was great; could easily access most places in the city.

Cons:

- The main lobby, hallway, and elevator had a strange smell.
- Did not like the interior, it didn't seem very luxurious or four-star. Hallway didn't look very nice. Room was pleasant.
- Cleaning staff opened the door while we were inside napping after ringing the bell barely twice. Felt invasive and uncomfortable.
- Breakfast options were very limited, no buffet and could only choose one dish per person from a limited menu.

The location was convenient for us. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower room was run down. Breakfast was not good at all. Over cooked noodles and unfriendly staff.
Thereception staff were always helpful.
