Pros:

Very clean. All basic amenities were available in the room. The staff is so very cooperative and helpful. Front desk staff like Kasturi and the other girl went all the way to make our stay comfortable.

Pros:

Since the hotel is in Georgetown, all the heritage spots nearby were within walking distance.The room was clean and nice

Lovely stay for your stay in George Town.
Pros:

Very good location and nice and clean.

Cons:

Rooftop bar is not well maintained, just like the jacuzzis. Big potential there.
