Not a real serviced apartment.
Pros:

Close to Palmers green station.

Cons:

Confusing instructions for how to access and get the keys on a weekend. Asking for things more than once and not receiving items i.e. Toilet roll and kitchen roll. No bathroom mat.

Budget-friendly, good for the price.
Pros:

For the price, it's a great place, especially for those travelling in groups/ with family. Kitchen is well equipped, there are all the minimum requirements. Also close to most amenities and Palmers Green train station.

Cons:

Parking lot directly in front of the bedroom windows where people would do super loud car races and handbrake turns from midnight till 5 pm that wouldn't let us sleep, EVERY. NIGHT.

The living room and kitchen were ridden with ants, you couldn't put a can of coke out for more than five minutes.

The flat is super hot during London summer, and only 1 average sized fan was provided for a 2-bedroom, so we had to move it between bedrooms and the living room.

Pros:

L'appartement est confortable dans son ensemble et spacieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Une gare et un magasin Morrisons sont situés à côté ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour se rendre à Londres. Nous avons également pu facilement revenir à l'aéroport avec les bus de nuit situés juste à côté.

Cons:

Certains équipements n'étaient pas entretenus comme le frigo qui n'a pas été dégivré et qui du coup avait énormément de mal à refroidir. La VMC faisait pas mal de bruit dès qu'on allumait la lumière dans la salle de bain et ne semblait pas fonctionner correctement. Il y a eu 2 nuits où des jeunes faisaient des drifts sur un parking ce qui causait des nuisances et aussi des odeurs de caoutchouc brûlés mais ils ne sont pas responsables de ce qu'il se passe à côté.

Suited our team requirements.
Pros:

Perfect for the facilities we needed, location meant it was easy to walk to amenities. Cooking and washing facilities in apartments kept costs down.

Cons:

Limited parking and extremely noisy in the evenings as local reprobates seem to like using the near by parking area to mess about in their cars doing burn outs and donuts in the late hours - we were there for a sporting tournament and didn’t appreciate being kept awake.

6 nights in ap 16 - quite dirty, noise from drifting cars, host did not reply to requests
Pros:

The apartment has two bathrooms that appear newly renovated, and both the living room and one of the bedrooms were quite spacious.

Cons:

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The floors, sofa, and chairs were visibly dirty, the balcony was covered in spider webs, I also saw strains over bed sheets. Overall that made our stay uncomfortable about overall hygiene in the apartment.
Noise: During the day it was mostly quiet, however the building is next to a free parking lot where cars drift/rave almost every night. The noise and tire smoke frequently entered the apartment (speaking about the smaller bedroom in ap. 16).
Host Responsiveness: While the host was polite, they were not responsive to our requests; despite reporting the dirtiness on Day 1 and receiving a promise for a second cleaning on Day 2, no one ever came and our follow-up messages went ignored until check-out (Day 7).

Pros:

Spotless, clean, comfortable and the presence of a private parking area is a huge plus, add to that it's a literal 2 minutes walk away from Plamers green station so you're in central London in under 40 minutes

Pros:

The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, and the communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to London, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
