La struttura, per quanto constatato, si presenta in condizioni generali adeguate, risultando pulita e il signore alla reception è stato molto cortese.
Con la presente si intende segnalare una criticità riscontrata in relazione alle informazioni precontrattuali fornite dalla struttura Hotel Continental, con particolare riferimento alla disciplina dei supplementi applicati in caso di animali domestici.
Si evidenzia una possibile carenza sotto il profilo della trasparenza informativa, rilevante ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), con particolare riferimento agli articoli 49 e seguenti, nonché agli articoli 20, 21 e 22 relativi alle pratiche commerciali scorrette, ingannevoli od omissive.
In particolare, nella stessa serata precedente alla prenotazione tramite piattaforma Booking, la sottoscritta contattava telefonicamente la struttura per ottenere informazioni circa la presenza di un animale domestico. In tale occasione, l’operatrice riferiva che per il soggiorno con un cane sarebbe stato applicato un supplemento pari ad €20 e che tale importo sarebbe stato dovuto anche nel caso di prenotazione effettuata tramite la piattaforma Booking.
Successivamente, in fase di prenotazione tramite la piattaforma Booking, non risultava tuttavia alcuna indicazione chiara, esplicita e univoca circa tale costo aggiuntivo, essendo richiesto unicamente di segnalare la presenza dell’animale domestico senza specificazione di eventuali oneri economici.
Tale difformità informativa tra quanto comunicato telefonicamente dalla struttura e quanto riportato sul canale di prenotazione online appare idonea a generare incertezza circa il prezzo effettivo complessivo del soggiorno e le relative condizioni economiche.
La suddetta situazione potrebbe risultare non conforme agli obblighi di informazione precontrattuale previsti dagli artt. 49, 51 e 52 del Codice del Consumo, in particolare con riferimento alla necessità di indicare in modo chiaro e comprensibile il prezzo totale del servizio e gli eventuali costi aggiuntivi prima della conclusione del contratto.

Location is good as is is not far away from Bergamo airport. For 1 night - ok. Has parking. Hotel quit old. All good, just could be cheaper for this quality.
Hotel is not 4*, only 2-3*. To expensive for this quality in comparison to other hotels in North Italy. Room was cold as fridge, humid, smelled like sothing old, but heating was working, so after 1 hour was ok. Our room was very dark, windows were so small and located neare the ceiling. Table needs cleaning. Tawels - ok.
