Dirty stinks

NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN MY OPINION. DISGUSTING. DO NOT BOOK AND DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

La limpieza del hotel en general. Al traspasar la puerta de entrada ya se aprecia la suciedad por todos lados, tanto en la recepción como en los pasillos y en la habitación.

La habitación pequeña y con una cortina de hacía 30 años.

Además sufrí un intento de entrada en mi habitación a la 1:30 de la noche. No llegaron a entrar porque había puesto la cadena de seguridad. Llamé a recepción y me dijeron que subirían a verificar pero nunca subió nadie. Tube que llamar a la policía y abandonar el hotel a la mañana siguiente aunque tenía pagadas dos noches. No se me reembolsó nada.

The room and hotel in general was dirty all hallway carpect had so many disgusting stains there was only a sheet no blanket open electrical outlets in room half the lights didnt work stains on the room wall outside parking lot much litter and and concrete stained I know Motel 6 is a bargain Hotel but it used to be always clean friendly and a good value the last several I stayed in have been so dirty I've almost had to leave in the middle of night I never leave reviews at all but I felt I had to this time the Motel 6 chain should start sending out quality control managers this is simple stuff it's not brain surgery y 6th

Staff was a bit coarse. AC was not working. Room was worn down and didn’t have a TV.

The TV was broken and the room smelled like someone had been smoking

I didn't get an invoice for my office. Despite having paid the full Booking price before my reservation, once I was there they refused to give me an invoice claiming they couldn't do so because I paid through Booking (and Booking's website especifically says that it is the property who should give me the invoice). Not only that, they even charged me an extra fee ($27 USD) claiming Booking price wasn't correct.

Internet worked most of the time, my neighbors were noisy, and my room was right next to the elevator (4th floor), so whenever someone used it I could hear the noise. Despite I stayed for several days, the room was never cleaned by room service.

Due to a slight booking error one of the general managers yelled at me and told me to get out and wanted me out on the street. Eventually the booking error was resolved but that was no way to treat a paying customer as if I was trespassing. I felt the hotel guests were friendlier than the staff and I used my own lysol spray to clean my room. If I stay at another motel 6 I will stay at the one on Pacific Highway by the airport - their staff was professional, courteous and the rooms were a lot cleaner.

Went into the room , we had to clean our self bro like com on hair all over sheets , and shower that day bs clean

Rooms are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to leave a review but the only thing clean was the sheets and towels. Mold in the fridge and bathtub. Splatters of god knows what on the floors and walls. Used bar of soap on the sink. Has potential if they just actually deep cleaned.

They charged an additional $20 a night to park in their lot- AC’s were down in most of the rooms- We had to change our room - Key cards kept malfunctioning - shower only ran hot water- some of the staff had crappy attitudes, especially if you complained about something like the AC and key cards- just an over all unpleasant experience. Motel 6 is usually a comfortable stay, but not this time..

It was disguising and unconfutable, it felt like a one of those horrify dirty hotel from American movies, it was one of the most uncomfortable night, I slept with hoddie on my head and at the top of the blanket and not even used the shower.

The manager promised me a refund for the 2 nights that I was not that, but I never received it.
