I liked having the option to get in the pool. The location was very convenient.
The pillows, sheets and blankets. Also, it was slippery outside due to water coming from the ac.
Been coming to this motel 6 for 20 years staff is always good 👍
The cleanliness of this motel has gone way down in the past year ....it came fully equipped with many different bugs and roaches....the outside had garbage everywhere....but with litte extra attention it could be what it once was .....maybe different management
I've been staying at this Motel 6 since early 80s.
Room stunk from heavy disinfectant. On the first day, several kids screaming in pool all evening as well as playing on wheelchair assist like a toy. No parental supervision. On the second say, pool was not opened when we tried at 9:30, we just wanted a quick dip before showering and checking out. Woman doing housekeeping tried to help and was very nice. Dude at front desk rude, finally opened pool after 10, we had no time so that we would be able to check out in time. I won't be able to stay here again because my husband was treated rudely by front desk. He ignored him for several minutes as well.
If you are looking to ruin your vacation, then I suggest you stay at this Motel. Our first room had at least a half inch of water in the floor, they moved us to another room that had mold in it and was rundown and the bed covers were stained and looked like they were from the 60's era. Crack heads were everywhere and someone got attacked by a dog right outside of our room. Police made several visits there and it was like this was normal for them. I will never stay here again and wouldn't even if it was free. I feel like I'm being kind in this review and I probably am.
Short walk to the beach, nice pool

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful to me. I told her I already had my hotel in Orlando and I went over there just to visit Cocoa Beach. But due to the storm and the rain, I got afraid and I felt obligated to book one night in order to go back to Orlando the next day.
She really encouraged me to visit the city and the beach without booking a room because the weather was gonna be fine. And she cancelled my booking for free and I got my refund and she was true ! After two hours, the weather got better and I drove back to Orlando safely like she told me.
I was very lucky to find that lady at the front desk! Thank you very much 🙏🏽
When I come back to Cocoa Beach I will definitely book with you because the location is just amazing, close to everything!
Chris was the best, that man works his butt off and is the only reason we decided to stay, he is the example of great kind hospitality and has a great heart, I see big things in that man's future, not many people like him anymore so that was a wonderful encounter to be able to meet such a guy and loved the accent😍. The hotel could use some work but would for sure go back here as long as he doesnt go nowhere! I hope he sees this.
The location was great close to beach and activities and at a great value. Staff tried very hard to meet my standards by showing me multiple rooms to choose from.
The room I booked was discussing, I showed the manger and we went to two or three more rooms that wasn't any better I ended up getting a refund and renting an Airbnb for a little more money.

Smell of mold, dirty outside, trash piled on stairs, guests playing loud music all hours, toilet barely flushed. Bed was terribly hard

the staff was nice
the hotel/motel could us some upgrades and the location I get is busy but needs a make over. thedoor to the room didn't close all the way, the tub needs to be scrubbed, the doors in the room needs a good cleaning. Maintence guy was rude, he poured water out next to my aunts luggager and did not say excuse me or anything.
