That it was close to everything

Cons:

That I paid for the room and my aunt and my cousin got there early and they would not let them go on to my room and I've had to have already paid for the room to pick him back home and I think they should have let them went on to him after their long flight. I thought that was wrong. There was no reason why they should not have been able to go into their room. The room was paid for and I spoke with them over the phone so I thought that was real. Bon rapport qualité prix vu son emplacement.
Pros:

Très bien situé à deux pas de la plage. Grand parking. En plein centre de Cocoa Beach près du magasin Ron John.
Belle piscine avec transats.
Je suis venue plusieurs fois dans ce motel.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée pour travaux et aucune possibilité d'installer des transats à l'extérieur de piscine malgré l'existence d'une zone avec tables et parasols. Dommage car l'avantage de ce motel est sa belle piscine.
J'ai oublié dans la chambre le matin du départ un chargeur de téléphone avec cordon USB et adaptateur. Je suis revenue le jour même dans l'après midi et ensuite deux jours de suite : il n'a jamais été retrouvé...

Nasty staff with extreme bad attitudes

It was close to the beach

Cons:

We had no towels to shower with and when we asked for some the staff was rude, it bothered them because we asked. And they never brought us any. I have never experienced anything like this. It was terrible

Pros:

Nothing, waited 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk. No toliet paper had to find a maid cart and get it myself

Cons:

It was all bad. The pictures online must be old because the property looks nothing like the pictures. There were stains on the blankets

Pros:

Room was clean but definitely needs an update & redone instead of just being patched up & repainted. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The pool was closed, the wifi wasnt working, & there was no TV. The manager was nasty & rude & yelled at me that he had no control over that stuff its not his problem. We will not be booking there next time we are down there or ever again. There was also a gap in the door & we could see outside.

I really didn’t like nothing about the property. The pole was closed. My floor was leaking up water through it. They gave me three towels when I had five people there and told me I had to wait for four hours for the lady to get there. I would never stay at that place again in my life. It is the lady out front that says she’s the assistant manager is very rude and she would not give me the main manager number And she told me that I couldn’t stay another night because I had to stay another night for a reason and she said that there wasn’t a reason she could give me why I could not stay there. She said that she just refuses me I guess because I bitched about the water coming up through the floor, but that’s all right. I guess I need to go to the Better Business Bureau and all that and then code enforcement in the health department. Good thing all my family works in that.

My husband has a TBI, he cannot walk without assistance, wheelchair most of the time. I asked for a disability room when booking, it was confirmed by Motel 6. We arrived to find out there were no disability rooms available. Also the only room they had was on the second floor. The first room we were unable to get into because of the key, although they said it was the only room they had, they found another room also on the second floor. The place was loud and desk was not accommodating at all. Very dissatisfied
