I’ve been her for a month and have had no issues management is on top of all employees and tasks great management!
Pros:

Office manager was very helpful and runs a tight ship no riff raff or worrisome people

Cons:

I wish the leaf blowing didn’t start so early in the morning every morning

Pros:

La habitación estaba reformada y es muy bonita, cómoda y bien decorada. El cuarto de baño es excepcional.
El personal de recepción muy atento, aunque me insistieron en hacer la encuesta inmediatamente a la llegada, NO me parece razonable.

Cons:

Fue sorprendente que no hicieron la habitación (pasamos 2 noches). Cuando pregunté en recepción, se disculparon y me ofrecieron hacerla en ese momento. La habitación había estado vacante de 8:30 a 18 horas. Sólo pedí toallas y decidí que no hicieran la limpieza. Sin embargo al día siguiente, me dijeron que hacen las habitaciones CADA 3 días, lo cual se contradice con la información de la recepcionista. Pagué 356 € por dos noches, creo que tenía derecho a la limpieza.

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The receptionist, Wendy, was rarely ever at the front desk. She was walking around the property with people waiting to check-in and/or raise a question. That room we initially got, 234, did not have cold water pressure and/or a place to put your shampoo in the restroom. However, when we got moved to a different room, we had a much better stay!

Habitación gran i neta. La persona que ens va atendre molt maca. A prop del llac.

Just la piscina estaba tancada aquella tarda i no ens vam poder banyar.

The worst experience
Pros:

I’m a senior and was sick of heat exhaustion charged for 2 hr early check in and sent up stairs farther away of my vehicle!
Property is under construction and no information about it was made . I will never rent again

I would not recommend this property to any friends.
Cons:

I was there for 3 days they did not clean room or provide clean towels power was out most of night just in a couple rooms mine was one of them. I really feel as though they should have compensated my stay. It was terrible. Best regards Walt Johnson /[email protected]

Pros:

The room looked nice

Cons:

There was a gap between the door and the frame. The metal "safety" lock didn't even secure the door. I had to move the table in front of the door for extra security. The water barley even got luke warm for a shower.
