Don’t stay here
Pros:

The refrigerator. The people were friendly enough although the guy I showed the thin sheets too didn’t seem too concerned. So nothing I really liked per se.

Cons:

The sheets on the bed on top were so thin that there were tears in them already and when I put my suitcase on the bed, another big tear occurred. As thin as tissue paper. The place was dirty underneath the beds. I paid as much as I paid for the Hilton Garden Inn and I’m telling you the Hilton Garden Inn is five times the hotel.

Pros:

Básico pero cómodo. Está bien que tenga piscina.

Cons:

Tener que hacer el check in vía videollamada. No es cómodo para todo el mundo. La piscina es muy pequeña, por lo que se masifica. La habitación no es muy amplia y el suelo estaba bastante sucio.

That location was amazing!

Cons:

That you had incompetent associates checking us in thru the virtual kiosk, we couldn't understand her, accent was so heavy. She kept asking person behind her, she kept muting herself every other second...NO ONE WOILD COME TO FRONT DESK...it took soooooooooooooo long to check in, SHE THAN TOLD US TO CANCEL OUR REAERVATION AND REBOOK IT, .... WHAT.????. UGHHHH SHE WAS IMPOSSIBLE! THAN I ASSUME WAS A SUPERVISOR WHO CAME AND SAID TO CANCEL.. AND WHAT ABOIT THE FEES???? ( CRICKETS...)

2ND NIGHT THERE WERE A GROUP WHO SWAM THAN ATE IN PARKING LOT...LIKE 20 WHO WERE UPSET CAUSE WE DROVE IN PARKING LOT AND GUESS CAR LIGHT INTERUPPTED THEM EARING.... IN PARKING LOT...
GROSS AMOUNT OF SPIDERS IN THE ROOM ARE NOT GREAT,
AND WHEN WE PULLED SHEETS BACK 2ND NIGHT, omg bed had crumbs, dust dirt NOT FROM US!!!
UGGH TOWELS WERE NOT CLEAN...FLOORS WERE NOT CLEAN.

El staff muy amable y al pendiente, la ubicación pese a estar junto al freeway, no había ruido en la noche para descansar, el cuarto limpio, nada lujoso, si solo necesitas un lugar para llegar a descansar por qué estarás todo el día fuera en actividades, está bien la relación costo/calidad.

Cons:

Necesitan hacer cambios significativos, pero de gran impacto, en otros comentarios había leído recientemente que las toallas estaban como "old rags" (trapos viejos), y si, aunque estaban limpias, estaban horribles de rasposas para usarse, lleve las mías y fue una excelente desición, la ventana no abría, así que ratos que estábamos en la recámara abríamos la puerta para sacar un poco la humedad, además, aunque todos los cuartos son smoking free, el primer cuarto nos asignaron olía horrible a cigarro, pero ya que avisamos, nos cambiaron a otro que fue el que le di los reviews positivos en el otro apartado.
