Stay far away from this place if you actually want to get sleep and feel safe
Pros:

Felt like I was in a developing nation. I did not feel safe there were people partying everywhere I’m naked people all over the place this was a horrible experience. Drugs. Alcohol. Loud all night.

Wifi was ok.

Cons:

Towels were old. No coffee in room. Bed was not very comfortable. AC was very noisy. Half naked man lying on the ground groaning 20 ft from the entrance when I arrived. I was diverted to an automated check in with someone on the screen whose accent was difficult to understand. There was no hair drier. No Shampoo, just low quality soap.

Low quality and dirty. Not even close to what they have in the website.

Cons:

Room was not the same as the photo and the mattress was terrible. Bathroom floor was not clean and needed to be mopped. The listing photograph had a small table with chairs, while my room had a small desk with one chair. Not good. I will not stay here anymore. The quality of the motel is deteriorating. Elevator is dirty and starting to look bad.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, I just needed somewhere comfortable after flying from Australia, and somwhere to rest before doing a 1/2 marathon in Ventura. Staff were welcoming, and my bed was super comfy, the location was superb for my needs.
