A great place to stay, especially if you have a doctor's appointment at Bumrungrad Hospital.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

I would appreciate it if the baggage handling staff could be more careful when handling luggage. Suitcases should not be lifted by the telescopic handle, as this can damage it. Instead, they should be carried using the designated carrying handle.

Friendly staff and nice hotel
Pros:

Thank you for your hospitality, warm welcome, and the friendliness of your staff. Especially K.Aur, K.Pop, K.Praew from reception and K.Bank, K.Boy bellboy and K.Bom security. Hôtel très sympa
Pros:

Merci à toutes les équipes dune gentillesse incroyable.
L’hôtel est très joli, les chambres premium bien aménagée et cosy.
Le petit déjeuner bien garni et varié.
La piscine est un plus pour une baignade après le petit déjeuner.
Le bar aussi est sympa pour boire un verre en rentrant.

Cons:

L’emplacement est un peu trop à l’écart des quartiers sympa. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à nous faire à ce quartier.
Les chambres sont un peu sombre.

We had a truly amazing stay here! The hotel was really nice and had a great atmosphere. Everything was clean and well thought out. The staff were all amazing!!! We would 100% stay here again.
