Disappointing

The location was good. It was the only factor that had attracted me to book the place.

Cons:

The room was nothing like in the pictures shown on booking.com. There were spider webs, moss and mold in corners and niches and it seemed like the bedroom was not cleaned since many months. The sofa had mold at the back which was visible when viewing from the bed. The T.V screen had a huge pixelated mark and hence, not watchable. We checked out the very next day in the morning on 12th June and we had to change our hotel for the remaining 3 days of the trip. That was an extra cost we had to bear, while the hotel refused to refund for the days we did not stay.

To visit sukumvit or any shopping area is far. Also no metro and BTS line nearby. Halal food is very difficult to find near the hotel area.
