Calm location, great price, and clean apartment
Pros:

The position of this residence is great for those that want to stay in a quiet place but also be close to the city center. By bus or by bike it takes only 10-15 minutes to the city center. The apartment is spacious, very clean (apart from inside the wardrobes), the bed is very comfortable and my apartment had a very big terrace with a table outside. The residence has also a free water dispenser at the reception, which is great given that the tap water in Lyon is not that good. The apartment was quite silent, you do not hear any traffic.

Cons:

You can enter the residence only by taking the lift. There are some external stairs but you can get in up to the first floor (and once I found the door closed anyway). This means unnecessary waiting time (especially because one lift was not working). The stairs can be used to get out, though. The problem is that they are very dirty, full of cigarettes, towels, birds droppings. In general, because the residence values ecology, there should be some stairs (possibly clean) to enter the building for those that want to avoid the lift.

Pros:

Appartement fonctionnel, propre, spacieux, lumineux et calme. Parking très proche et restaurant/ bars aux alentours. Vue magnifique sur le parc de la tête d'or accessible en 3 minutes à pieds. Personnel très sympa.

Cons:

Un ascenseur en panne sur deux, donc problème temporaire mais pas d'accès possible au logement sans ascenseur. Donc de longues minutes d'attente !
Parking réservé en illimité donc carte mise à dispo pour entrer/ sortir: , ça c'est parfait. Pour la sortie définitive du dernier jour du parking, si il était possible d'avoir un ticket de sortie plutôt que de devoir stationner à la sortie puis ramener la carte en échange de la caution, ce serait parfait.

Pros:

Отель расположен севернее центра города, в 15-20 минутах пути на общественном транспорте. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, автобусы ходят часто. Через дорогу от гостиничного комплекса обустроен большой и ухоженный парк, в округе тихо.
Обустройство номера соответствует ожиданиям, внутри чисто. Некоторые предметы быта и мебель уже со следами потёртостей, но в целом это не бросается в глаза.
Персонал доброжелателен. Отдельная благодарность за помощь с багажом, который мы бесплатно оставили в камере хранения после выезда.

Estadia boa e de fácil acesso
Pros:

restaurante próximo, condução para o centro da cidade fácil, acesso fácil para estações de trem e espaço confortavel no apartamento para até 6 pessoas.

Cons:

Não entendi que precisava reservar o café da manhã se quisesse usar desse serviço. Não é que não gostei, foi a dificuldade que senti.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, nahe der Autobahn. Der Park in unmittelbarer Nähe war sehr schön für Spaziergang. Sehr viele unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bäckerei in der Passage vorhanden. Das Apartment war sehr groß.

Pros:

Petit studio très confortable : cuisinette avec lave-vaisselle, frigo, micro-onde / sdb moderne / literie agréable, serviettes de toilettes en nombre suffisant (rare !!!)...

Place publique proche avec de nombreux restaurants

Cons:

Améliorer la signalétique pour accéder à l'établissemnt : sur l'avenue mais surtout dans le parking !
Propreté des toilettes de la salle de petit déjeuner
