Hôtel très bien pour ma 1ère nuit à Bali après un long voyage. Très bien situé à côté de l'aéroport et à deux pas de la plage, belle piscine. Idéale pour l'arrivée.
Le petit déjeuné très moyen cat axé sur le style européen en buffet, allemand et anglais. Donc les saucisses, le beacon à Bali le matin! Beurk!!!
Near to the beach
The rooms need tidying up
Value for money is second to none. Close to the airport, .close to the beach and shops.
Nothing really, the place is a bit older than some, but that's one of the reasons the price is good.
I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times. The garden surrounds are beautiful. The pool area is relaxing BUT clearly tired and requiring renovation.
The room was supposedly an upgrade. It was old and tired with a shower over an old chipped bath that is simply dangerous for older people to climb in and out of. On one previous stay the floor drain overflowed with sewerage water from this same room. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Hardly an upgrade, more an insult for the price charged.

Poor sound proofing from floor above, neighbours smoking on balcony . Hotel has cancelled free luggage storage which was important to me

The rooms were extremely dated and dirty. Cracks in the door and tiles. No bath mat or hand towel. No shower screen or door. Bed was hard as a rock. Sheets were dirty with stains.

Excellent place to stay. Staff are friendly and really great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was stunning.
Good place to stay for family with kids — close to the beach and a huge swimming pool where families come together. The massage spa is absolutely great. Close to the airport and transport or taxi in front of hotel. Shops in walking distance
