Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Bellagio and villages around. Off street parking for the motorcycle. Host advised footpaths to town and how to get to supermarkets etc

Pros:

La casa es increible..comoda y en un sitio estrategico muy bueno..cerca al centro y al embaracadero..Andrea nos atendio muy bien , siempre atento y muy cordial. Muy recomendable para viajeros..esta cerca del centro de los 3 lagos que conforman Lago de Como.

PD. Si vuelves a Milan lo haces mas rapido por la via.. Ferry hasta Varenna y Luego tren binario hasta Milan CLe.

The property was in a lovely quiet position with great views over the lake

Cons:

The property was hard work for us because in 36° of heat the fan that was supplied was not adequate enough to keep us cool! On top of that the property is on a big hill probably the highest property in the town, so when reading the property was only 500 m from town Centre, it did not really tell a whole story, it was a hell of a climb down and up to the property! Luckily we are fit and we would cope but people with health issues need to be aware it is quite a climb down and up to this property!

Groot schoon appartement gelegen op een mooie locatie
Pros:

Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie, erg smalle straat om met de auto het huis te bereiken. Bij de locatie waren diverse parkeerplaatsen. Verder is alles goed te voet te doen. Je moet wel een goede conditie hebben om 136 tredes af naar Bellagio en daarna weer op te lopen.
Andrea is superaardig en behulpzaam, staat je altijd te woord en voor je klaar. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Het was echter erg warm/ heet🥵. We miste soms een klein zwembadje om even af te koelen We hadden een goede ventilator op de slaapkamer. Airco zou best fijn geweest zijn😉 .
Het huisje was keurig schoon, beddegoed en handdoeken lagen klaar.
Kortom het is een fijn, schoon appartement. Wij hebben het appartement op de benedenvloer gekregen. We hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de mooie tuin.

Cons:

Onze appartementen waren een beetje aan een opknapbeurt toe, denk aan keukendeurtjes die beter afgesteld kunnen worden. Ons matras zakte een beetje door.
In het 2de appartement kon de wasemkap niet aangezet worden. De knop van de vaatwasser springt weer omhoog. In ons appartement was er geen vaatwasser.

Great location , poor accommodation.
Pros:

It’s location , the garden , parking and the welcome we received.

Cons:

It was extremely dated , uncomfortable and the bed needed replacing as it dipped in the middle. Fan was inadequate. We were glad to leave after four sleepless nights .

Great views super clean and marco was lovely!
Pros:

So so clean, views were incredible and the apartment was available in the morning which was so helpful for us. The apartment is about a 15 min walk from the centre, and there are ALOT of steps but it is bellagio so we expected this and are young so didn’t mind the walk. Just a reminder for anyone who stays - make sure you bring some cash with you for the city tax! We didn’t have any on us and Marco had to come back the morning after to take it by card.

Cons:

This wasn’t necessarily something we didn’t like as it’s pretty normal for self contained flats like this but the walls aren’t sound proof so we heard the neighbours walking around and chatting. We’d probably stay in the top apartment next time but we only stayed one night and I wear earplugs, my bf is a deep sleeper so didn’t effect us too much

Apartamento espaçoso e bem localizado
Pros:

Apartamento bem espaçoso e com vários ambientes. A cozinha é bem equipada com os utensílios necessários para a estadia.
Quarto grande com cama confortável. Banheiro grande, embora o box era bem pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência.
A localização é boa, podendo acessar o centro de Bellagio com uma caminhada curta e agradável de 10 minutos. Há estacionamento no local, o que foi importante para nossa escolha já que estávamos fazendo uma road trip e precisávamos de local seguro para deixar o carro.
Estávamos viajando com nossos 2 cachorros, que foram aceitos sem problema no local.
