Pros:

totally satisfied. near the st Marco's place.
Venice is so expensive city but because of the hotel.
We can stay comfortably.scilence and clean.

Cons:

Water supply is only first day. first day gave us water ( appriciate). but next day no water supply. I can't bring myself to pay one euro for water at vending machine, so we have to walk for coop selling 0.4Euro water (far from 1km from the Hotel)

Location was excellent

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Lift was not operating down to the entry level and required a flight of stairs to reach the reception level, not easy for mobility impaired.

Pros:

Really good hotel, it was súper clean, the room was spacious and overall very comfortable. Good lighting. The location was perfect, just a 2 min walk to the Vaporetto station, it was just aside Plaza de San Marcos. Really good, the staff was super nice. There is a breakfast room, but we didn’t take it, there are lots of places to sit just outside.

A fabulous, friendly and perfectly positioned base at the centre of Venice. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Location is amazing - literally 2 minutes from the San Zacc waterbus stop and 5 from St Marks Square. We got the room with the terrace with a lovely view of the Campanile. The staff were very friendly and the room cleaning is extremely thorough. The team even brought in our clothes that were drying outside when we were out getting caught in a thunderstorm. There is a brilliant vending machine with cold drinks half the price of many shops too! It’s all just great value.

Cons:

Only minor quibbles. You have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs on entry, but there is a lift to the other floors. The decor of the rooms is a little chintzy and they are on the small side, but we had outdoor space which made up for it. TV didn’t have all the advertised channel (but we rarely watch it on holiday) and the shower was small with a wonky showerhead. We made it work ok.
