La dolce Vita
Pros:

Ich war bereits das zweite mal in diesem bezaubernden Hotel. Die Lage. . 3 Minuten zum Markusplatz...das Zimmer liebevoll gestaltet.. Blitz sauber die Terrasse ein Traum...und was soll ich sagen das Personal an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten .Wir kommen gerne wieder..so wird Venedig unvergesslich.La dolce Vita. Grazie 🤗😊👍

Great location, great room, clean and friendly. Air con and pillows could be more comfortable.
Pros:

Perfect location to St Mark’s Square, friendly staff, lovely room up in the loft with city view. Lovely touches - like toiletries.

Cons:

Pillows could be more comfy. Air con was not effective.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable. Habitación grande y limpia, al igual que el baño. Todo muy cómodo.
Yo me quedé 2 noches. No estaba incluido el desayuno y sin embargo nos lo regalaron (era un desayuno normal, no vale la pena pagarlo).

Cons:

Todo estuvo genial. A la noche se escuchaba un poco como un ruido de agua por las cañerías, pero estuvo todo excelente.

Pros:

A very nice and cosy hotel, very clean and in a central spot just 3 min walk to san marco square. Also the vaporetto stop is just 15 metres in front of the hotel .

Cons:

You just need one floor to climb stairs for the reception. If there is older people you have to know.

Balcony in room a big plus, side view to lagoon from balcony

Sound proofing on external door to street 

Very cleans, rooms well serviced 

Kettle & fridge supplied 

Bed comfortable 

Breakfast average, fresh croissants every morning a big plus

Staff polite & friendly

Cons:

Internal sound proofing is poor.

Small room, with v limited storage for clothes/luggare

Room bedside lights very harsh light, cheap plastic, just because it's on Amazon you don't have to buy it

Air conditioning noisy & limited to 23 degrees as the lowest temp which is too high to sleep comfortably 

Step ladders stored on 2nd floor untidy 

Lift doesnt go to ground floor, makes luggage difficult.
