Очень приветливый персонал, который мне очень помогал, я чувствовала заботу и заинтересованность в гостях, это очень радует. Благодарю.
Расположение отеля очень удобное для прогулок по центру города. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, магазинов, театр оперы и балета. Очень удобно. Блюда, которые заказали в рум сервис были вкусными, в ресторане отеля не были. Завтрак средний, обычный для 4*. В номере было чисто, кровать и ванна удобные.
Самое главное, настроение было отличным и хочется вернуться, это благодаря прекрасному персоналу отеля, который искренне заботится о гостях.

Good hotel at good value.
Pros:

Good location- close to shopping mall and Astana Opera and park. Less than 30 minutes from the airport by taxi.

Прекрасный отель для отдыха в Астане
Pros:

Расположение отличное, рядом Астана Опера, удобно добраться до всех достопримечательностей, хорошие рестораны рядом. Завтраки разнообразные, все качественное и вкусное. Уборка идеальная, постель, халаты и полотенца - все пушистое и с приятным ароматом.

Cons:

Девушки на ресепшн не приветствуют мимо проходящих гостей, что странно)
