Location and the staff, everything is so nice.
Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was truly exceptional. We had a fantastic experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The upgraded room exceeded our expectations with its amazing comfort and top-notch amenities. This gesture showed true professionalism and hospitality.
The main advantage of the Hotel is its central location, within walking distance of Astana's main attractions. We also felt safe walking around the area, and taxis were convenient and readily available.
Another thing that stood out was the attention to detail. For example, if you are a coffee lover in the early morning, the minibar is stocked with everything you need.
Additionally, the breakfast is simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.
We really liked the attitude of all the staff who were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would love to stay again someday in the future. I highly recommend it!
