Not worth the price in my opinion.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

I was checking in after-hours and the process was outdated. I had to wait for the caretaker to come and let us in.
It costs $25 for them to unlock a room that had an additional bed in it. Had I of known I would've just had the baby in the bed with me as it wasn't even a cot.
The facility was outdated and as was the check in process.
Extra money to park your car, I would've just kept my car parked on the street had I of known.
When checking in, the reception smelt strange.
The hotel is right next door to what appears to be a retirement home.
I did not feel the cost matched the facility.
The washing machine in the room was broken.

Very comfortable stay and I’ll stay again next time I’m in Brisbane.
Pros:

Our apartment was modern and clean. Loved the garden setting. It was close to the hospital but very quiet.

Cons:

No good eateries nearby.
