Cleanliness
9
Generally reported as clean and spacious in multiple reviews, though one guest experienced a significant ant infestation and there are occasional housekeeping oversights.
Service
9.6
Multiple guests praise extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating staff (e.g., smooth room change, assistance with beach rentals); a minority reported apathetic reception or ignored rule enforcement, but overall service is consistently highlighted as a strength.
Location
9.4
Frequently praised for an excellent location near beaches, on the boulevard and close to shops; a few mentions of street/noise or construction behind the hotel affecting some rooms' outlook.
Room Quality
9.1
Garden rooms and units are described as lovely, clean and spacious with good A/C and equipped kitchens; some guests were moved to smaller/noisier road-facing rooms and one noted missing cooking supplies.
Amenities
9.2
Good pool, well-kept gardens and beach-chair/umbrella rentals are praised; restaurant access is available though independent; lacks elevator and could improve accessibility features (handheld showers, extra railings).
Value for Money
8.9
Mixed impressions: some guests felt the property was over‑advertised for a higher star rating, while many others found it very family-friendly and recommended, yielding an overall fair value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.1
The on-site restaurant is repeatedly described as excellent by several guests, but it is independent of the hotel and has limited Sunday hours; in-room kitchen provisioning is minimal.
Overall Experience
9.3
Majority of stays were highly positive—quiet, comfortable and recommended— tempered by occasional issues (noisy/drunk pool incidents, ants, and sporadic apathetic staff), leaving an overall very favorable impression.

Pleasant time with friends.
Pros:

Great pool area.

Cons:

No coffee packets or water provided after the first day. Had to pay for purified water. Seemed shortsighted and unnecessarily cheap.

Pros:

The pool is beautiful, the room is really spacious and the restaurant food is really good. My room had a king sized bed, a 3-seater sofa + a 2-seater and a dining table for four + kitchenette. The shower was great as well.
