Felt a little sketchy.
Pros:

How close it was to universal. Upon check out Xavier was a complete gentleman and very professional.

Cons:

I was under the impression that I was gonna stay in one of the cottage like hotel rooms which are in the front but we were given rooms on a different lot and offered rooms all the way to the back of the hotel. I have never had to email my booking to a hotel ever except for this time, very off putting.

Pros:

A homey place, although it looks a bit outdated but does the job, very convenient for going out to the Hollywood area and Universal Park, the staff was welcoming and pleasant to talk to.

Cons:

I thought it was just there but after two weeks in California I realize they don't believe in strong water flow in the shower. So it's not a hotel problem

es fasilísimo llegar a universal caminando,,,, todos hablan español y el de recepción te pide que cantes jajaja fue gracioso mmm para desayunar barato y traes prisa o temprano el seven eleven no decepciona el metro tambien queda muy cerca

mm creo que solo no limpiaron la habitacion pero creo que fue un problema de comunicacion de mi parte y de ellos asi puedo decir que igual pasa y no hay tema

Good location and cute cottage rooms! We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay.

The garage spaces are a little tight if you have a bigger car but not bad overall.

Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito.
