Sehr modernes Hotel mit KI (muss man sich noch dran gewöhnen)

Mir hat vor allen Dingen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gefallen, aber es war doch sehr anonym, nur mit so einer ki zu sprechen. die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön gestaltet und auch groß. An einer lauten Straße gelegen sind die Fenster wirklich sehr schalldicht, finde ich super.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit der Schließanlage. Das Personal beziehungsweise die KI hat sich sehr aufmerksam darum gekümmert. Aber ich fühlte mich wirklich lost. Es ist halt jetzt ein neuer Weg mit dieser ki bei der Problembehebung

Preis-Leistung in Ordnung, aber Liebe zum Detail fehlt
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, gute Anbindung an Restaurants, Cafés, Parks, ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check-In war zu Beginn undurchsichtig, aber vor Ort unerwartet simpel. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sauber. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, auf die ich von meinem Zimmer aus blicken konnte, die sehr grün und ganz gemütlich aussah.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich in meinem Zimmer viele kleine Tierchen, die Silberfischchen ähnelten, was mein Sauberkeitsgefühl etwas getrübt hat.
Das Housekeeping-Team hat vorm regulären Check-Out (11 Uhr) zweimal geklopft, was ich als störend empfand.
Die Ausstattung ist Preis-Leistungstechnisch okay. Mir fehlten Taschentücher im Badezimmer.

Ruhig und sauber
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Direkte Straßenbahnverbindung. Daneben gleich ein leckerer Bäcker zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber. Fenster gut isoliert daher das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Check in geht alles übers Handy. Zimmerschlüssel online übers Handy war sehr cool.

Cons:

Teppich etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Bequemes, hübsches Hotel aber recht anonym.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, hübsches Zimmer

Cons:

Extras wie Wasserkocher hätte man extra bezahlten müssen. Keine Lobby, kein Aufenthaltsraum, kein Personal da, es ist ein Digitalhotel.
