Ubicacion, agua que daban, Seguridad, ascensor, atencion de Andrea y otras personaa que nos ayudaban con taxi. Se preocuparon de hacernos una colacion para viaje
Algunas instalaciones le faltaban mantencion como pedal de papelero, tapon de kavamanos.
La limpieza de habitacion no fue declo mejor i cluso un dia por salir 13.30 nos quedamos sin que hicieran aseo. Si cambiaron toalla

Excelente localização!
Adoramos o Residenza Fiorentina! A localização é perfeita, o prédio antigo tem um charme especial e o café da manhã é bem completo. O staff é muito atencioso, principalmente a funcionária da manhã, que nos tratou com muito carinho e nos ajudou com as malas e o táxi para a estação.

Apenas como nota informativa, é preciso subir alguns degraus de escada para ter acesso ao elevador, o que exige atenção para quem tem limitação de mobilidade, mas é super normal em prédios históricos da região.
The floor was quite dirty. The tiles needed a good clean. There was a small rip in our bed sheet.
Very well located hotel with helpful staff who communicated with our previous accommodation when we had to return for our passports. Good breakfast and free ice cold filtered water available which was very welcome in the heat!
Parking available in the same street but be aware they move your vehicle to a storage facility overnight.
