Me gustó mucho que el desayuno tuviera opción gluten free. También que Andrea, el recepcionista, ayudara y resolviera cualquier situación que se diera.
Tomar en cuenta que el hotel está en el segundo piso, así que hay un pequeño elevador hacia allí, y luego unas gradas según en el piso que te toque la habitación.

A limpeza é muito boa. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e a localização é fantástica. Próximo da estação central de trem e do próximo dos pontos turísticos.
O café da manhã é incrível. Recomendo ficar somente uma ou duas noites, o quarto é pequeno.
O espaço do vaso é pequeno para as pernas (box muito proximo), o box é pequeno. O quarto em si é pequeno.

Great location, was able to walk from the train station to the hotel, room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast good as well. Liked the water station and refrigerator in the room as well. From the hotel was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit.
Would like coffee machine in the room, but was OK with coffee in the breakfast room
Lovely place, very clean, staff were all lovely and helpful very central location and really good view of the duomo
Best thing about this place is definitely location. 10min from firenze train station, less than 10 min to the heart of firenze city center as well as vecchio bridge.
I think the price covers the location, not so much of the facilities. There was not even a bottle of water.
There is elevator until 2nd floor and then you need to enter a code to enter the place and then you need to walk up a flight of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor.
Toilet smelled a bit.
No lift/elevator to the rooms. No staff to get your luggage to your room or down again for checkout (given you have to take all your luggage upstairs and downstairs).
