Замечательный отель (нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера, это было приятным сюрпризом, очень благодарны за это, время проведенное в отеле было отличным!), замечательный персонал (отдельное спасибо Марьям и Вейсел) и отличные завтраки, все было очень вкусно и разнообразно, вкусные десерты! Нам очень понравилось и мы решили продлить на еще один день и приятно было, что нам разрешили остаться в том же номере. Если мы снова поедем в Стамбул, выберем ваш отель снова!

Unfortunately shut down of the elevator caused some inconvenience. It was Eid break and management couldn’t get it fixed. However, Staff were dedicated and supportive.

Very pleasant experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, clean, and close to the tram station. The breakfast was excellent and was served in a quiet restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and polite.

There is only one elevator in the building.
