A very pleasant stay with excellent hospitality and breakfast, but the room’s drainage smell needs attention.
Pros:

Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Meryem, the Tunisian staff member, who was exceptionally kind, warm and hospitable and made us feel very welcome.

Breakfast was excellent, with a large buffet, plenty of variety and good-quality food. The breakfast terrace is also beautiful and has a wonderful view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable.

Apart from the issue with the room, we were very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the service.

Cons:

The room was quite small, and unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room that seemed to come from the bathroom or drainage. This is something the hotel should definitely investigate and fix, as otherwise our experience was very good.

Pros:

La terrazza ottima vista la mattina

Cons:

Principalmente la stanza molto piccola di fa fatica a starci in due persone, la signora delle pulizie ottima persona, peccato per i scarafaggi in stanza questo devo dire che mi ha fatto parecchio ribrezzo visto il fatto che è un 4 stelle ma non ha niente a che vedere con un VERO 4 stelle.
Lo staff comunque molto cordiale e disponibile

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace and the views.

Pros:

Pesonalul a fost extrem de amabil, serviciile de curatenie excelente, mancarea foarte buna, per total un vibe bun.

Cons:

Mirosul foarte urat din baie, nu are legatura cu curatenia ci cu faptul ca nu are aerisire naturala si ar mai trebui si o renovare a bailor.

Das Zimmer war schlecht mit dem Dach um ca 1.7 m. Das Zimmer war nicht komfortabel und die Aussicht sehr schlecht.
