The cleaning staff worked hard to help us find a suitable room.
Lots of working hot water and air conditioning.
Most of the toilet seats were loose.
Nothing but the toast did I enjoy at the one breakfast I tried there.
Mattress was too hard for my partner to sleep on.
Views from rooms are only to the parking lot from all three floors.

El personal de la recepción fue muy amable, la habitación es amplia, para mi gusto el colchón podia estar más suave, pero dormi bien, estaba limpa, la ubicación esta perfecta, no pude quedarme al desayuno.
Cuando llegue a la abitación había unas personas que estaban haciendo mucho ruido, afortunadamente no duro mucho, solo eso, en general el personal que me atendío muy amable

Given room on front street. Very loud road noise until around 11pm, mostly motorcycles that were drag racing.
The location is relatively decent since it is close to the downtown center with the only drawback being that it is not very safe at night.
The minor drawback was the lack of any communication; I called many times the night of the reservation and there was no answer to the numerous calls or message left.
The major drawback was that it was so damn loud that the couple nights I was there with my partner we were woken up MANY times every single night. We are not even light sleepers and in fact, I am a heavy sleeper. But every damn night there were idiots being inconsiderate and super loud in the walkways. The noise insulation is absolutely horrible; you can hear everything from families with their kids going by to stupid drunk people being loud in the hallways. This was such a huge issue that it made me never want to stay here again despite the attractive price.
FAKE HOTEL. BE CAREFUL. No comunication. You will loss your money!
