Sehr Enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich toll, wie immer

Cons:

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht dass unser geliebter Frühstücksraum, 2 neuen Zimmern weichen mussten. Dadurch ist das besondere dass wir am Bayside geliebt haben nicht mehr vorhanden. Sehr schade. Der neue Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt und es geht dort sehr chaotisch um. Wir werden uns für den den Preis ein neues Hotel suchen...

Pros:

Die Lage ist absoilute Spitze. Hatte eine Suite mit Blick zur Ostsee, direkt am Strand. Suite war auf der anderen Seite der Bar. Daher war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Personal sehr freundlichi, Speisen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich weder im Haus gefrühstückt noch gegessen habe. Die Möblierung ist zweckmäßig, aber nichts Besonderes. Es ist ein klassisches 4-Sterne-Hotel und als solches sehr ordentlich. Die augerufenen Preise sind eher 5-Sterne-Niveau. Man bezahlt vor allem die Lage. Vermutlich ist das einer der Hauptgründe für die unzufriedenen Bewertungen. Für die Preise fehlt dann etwas bei Service und Ausstattung. Ich war dennoch zufrieden und hatte wunderschöne Nachsaison-Tage direkt am Scharbeutzer Strand.

Superschönes Wochenende in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schön neu gestaltet im Eingangsbereich und in den Zimmern.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu Bemängeln.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt schön zentral und am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Schön, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt und man dort auch ganz entspannt zu seinem Zimmer kommt.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sperrlich und wurde nicht oft nachgefüllt. Unser Zimmer lag auf der Seite, wo morgens um 4 Uhr die Anlieferung stattfand. Ausschlafen war somit nicht möglich.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist natürlich sehr schön. Die Fenster schließen sehr dicht, wenn an einem Mal die Brandung oder die Möwen zu laut werden, kann man die Tür zumachen, und alles ist leise.

Cons:

Frühstück nicht gut. Eier schmeckten nicht. Buffet zu voll ohne wirklich gute Zutaten.
Der Wellnessbereich vor allem die Liegen draußen auf der Terrasse sind eine Zumutung und teilweise kaputt. Alles steht kreuz und quer. Im Swimmingpool Bereich achtet keiner aug Pflanzen oder eine ansprechende Dekoration. Die da drin sind ist eh schon alles künstlich, und einfach nicht schön angeordnet. es wirkt sehr lieblos und als wäre zu wenig Personal da.

Not good service
Pros:

The hotel is standing right on the beach and has a very nice view from breakfast restaurant and from swimming pool. Sea is in general not very warm there, so to have a swimming pool is a big plus.

Cons:

Service was just bad. Not even considering the more higher price of this hotel, but just for any 4 star hotel this would be not to expect that for any request you hear „No“ first.
