Guest Reviews
The location is a walkable area on Lake Como with lots of restaurant options. But the hotel feels institutional with very little storage. Make sure you get some type of view! We were there in May 2026 on a post Viking Cruise trip. Not impressed with the hotel choice since it wasn’t up to Vikings standards, especially our room “without” a view. But the location was good.

This hotel is fairly modern while appearing to match the natural beauty of the area. We had a room on
2nd floor facing the lake and our view was lovely. Our beds were comfortable, amenities were excellent, including an amazing breakfast buffet. We were in the area with a tour group. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Only note, dinner options are limited if you lack transportation. The rooftop bar has excellent drinks and an amazing view.
Great service, amazing location, very good breakfast, clean and new room with amazing view. It was the best hotel in our one week trip through Italy.
I only wish the spa was open a little longer so we could use it, since we came back from our como lake cruise a little late around 8.
Hôtel moderne, belle emplacement, au calme et bord de lac direct. Le spa très beau, massage super, la chambre avec terrasse et vue lac super.
La seule chose si vraiment il faut trouver c’est le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un cran meilleur au niveau des viennoiseries et du pain par exemple.

הזמנו חדר עם נוף לאגם אך לא מצויין שהחדר יושב על כביש די ראשי.
בנוסף המזגן נדלק רק במידה ויש בחדר יותר מ 22 מעלות ובפועל עבד כ 2 דקות וכל כמה שעות.
היה מחניק וחם ולא היה אפשר לפתוח חלון בגלל הרעש.
The cleabers and bfast staff were very nice. Thats it!
The shower had no door. No space for belongings. Very small room. Reveption staff not helpful , lying about the taxi staff start at 8.30 when we needed to catch a flight. In the bfast room paying 8 euros fpr a plate of oats. 50 euros for stuff in room. No milk avaulable in the room. I paid nearly 900 euros. All down the drain. For that money i would stay in New York. !

Hacia frio en la habitación y el aire acondicionado tenía limitada la temperatura.
Había algunos miembros del personal de recepción un poco desagradables.
Struttura moderna, pulita e ben arredata. Camera pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione ricca e molto buona.
