Mixed feelings about this hotel. It’s been renovated and is modern. Its common spaces and roof top bar are very nice. There are lovely views across the water to Lecco. Quite a long walk around but a bus will take you some of the way. I did not enjoy our room which in my view was badly designed. Poor use of space. The common problem of having to redecorate to open suitcases. Bad bedside tables. A hanging metal tray. Things slid off. The towels etc were on a shelf under the basin in the passage. Not easy to access. The toilet, bidet and shower were in a separate space with an inadequate shower screen so the room was soaked. None if this worked well. The lights were controlled by a panel with multiple small symbols. You had to study a manual to work it out. Really not a comfortable space. To make things worse it was hot and stuffy with the air con fixed at 22 c.

Very small room ça not working properly they fixed it at a certain temperature and can’t be amended although the hot weather outs side. Staff not friendly and have. Language barrier

Location and calm and peaceful ambience
This hotel is fabulous! Located on the quite side of Lake Como in Malgrate - it offers an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing lake-side experience.
The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and cozy. Our room had a balcony - and the view across the lake was spectacular.
The hotel is well-located. There are quite a few restaurants along the lake promenade just steps from the hotel front door. There is also a nice public beach about 100meters from the hotel - so you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake! The town of Lecco is within walking distance, affording a wider selection of restaurants and shops to enjoy.
The staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and engaging. Alessandro - the Front Desk Manager was THE BEST! He went above and beyond - to help us resolve an issue with our rental car. He is a very caring and compassionate hotelier - truly a remarkable individual. Simonetta, Sarah, and Lara were very pleasand friendly front desk staff, who made us feel at home. But the stars of the hotel are in the breakfast staff. Monika, Sabrina, and Serena are wonderful hosts, especially Monika - who carefully attends to every need! The service they provide is remarkable - attentive and personal!
A nice feature of the hotel given its location is on-site parking. And their bar and roof-top lounge are relaxing venues to enjoy a relaxing reprieve from a day of touring.

Feuchtigkeitsschäden außerhalb des Duschbereiches Fenster zum See sehr klein und Schlafzimmer kein schlichten Akzente gesetzt damit man sich wohl im Zimmer fühlt.

The head staff in the breakfast room was amazing. So attentive to everyone. Such a high standard of work ethic. A lovely warm lady.
All the staff were amazing. The beauty in reception who checked us in on arrival. They obviously live their job
Not in a convenient bus route so we had to walk into town and to the boat port. 25 minutes in the 35 degree heat!
We could have got a taxi but it’s only a 7/8 minute drive and around 20 euros
If you want to be away from the most crowded areas this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel - we will be back
