Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, auf die Auswahl des Zimmer achten

Nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber, gute Lage, Tiefgaragenstellplatz!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hinten zum Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist recht dunkel und ständig kalt, trotz abgeschalteter Klimaanlage. Im Badezimmer gibt es kein blickdichten Vorhang. Auch fehlt hier eine Ablage. Ausschlafen morgens nicht möglich, da das Service Zimmer der Reinigungskraft direkt nebenan ist. Diese haben sich bemüht, sehr leise zu sein aber man bekommt trotzdem alles mit im Zimmer.

Pros:

Otel yeni ve oldukça temizdi. Manzarası çok ama çok güzeldi. Sabah kalkıp Como Gölü kenarında oturmak çok keyifliydi. Personeller fazlasıyla yardımsever ve nazikti. Lecco meydanına yürümek keyifli ve kolaydı.

Cons:

Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. Odadaki tüm ışıkları açmamıza rağmen fazla loştu bundan dolayı zorlandık çünkü kardeşimin görüşünü çok zorladı. Sadece odadaki her şeyin dokunmatik olması bazı misafirleri zorlayabilir. Özellikle yaşlı veya görmede problem yaşayanlar zorlanabilir.

Malísima atención, nos dieron una habitación sin mampara en el baño y se mojaba todo . Salvo una chica que estaba un training , el resto de los funcionarios estaban de muy mal humor.

Hotel moderno com decoração contemporânea. Local agradável e tranquilo
Pros:

A localização é excelente.
Tem um café da manhã muito bom, servido por pessoas extremamente gentis.
Do roof tem-se uma vista espetacular do lago e montanhas
Restaurante bistrô Da Giovanino muito simpático na beira do lago com serviço primoroso Destaque para Aléssia.

Cons:

Recepção um pouco confusa, talvez por falha dos sistemas
Não conseguiram imprimir o extrato de minha conta na saída.. Isso transmite insegurança

Nice hotel in the Como lake
Pros:

Good place in Como, next to Lecco. Nice breakfast.
The receptionists were nice and supportive.

Cons:

Everything require additional cost: parking, omelet in the breakfast.
In our room we had tears in the curtains, and noise coming out when opening the door room sounds like in prison.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Lakeview rooms not exactly lake view without work. Rooms were not really worth value and then paid for parking with our large van and they gave us a space that wasnt large enough. We scraped the van side which made us unhappy and could have had larger space.

We had a fantastic stay here and would happily return.

The quality of the property was exceptional. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the design and finish to the comfort and facilities. It genuinely felt like a luxury stay, and the standard exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent too – close enough to enjoy everything Florence has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

The standout, however, was Eric. His hospitality was first class from start to finish. He was always available, incredibly welcoming, and took the time to recommend authentic, understated local restaurants that we would never have found ourselves. Every recommendation was superb and gave us a real taste of Florence beyond the usual tourist spots.

If you’re looking for somewhere that combines a beautiful property with genuinely outstanding hosting, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so memorable.

Я бронировал лодку через отель и мне скидывать фотографию лодки коричневого цвета «под дерево», по факту была лодка серого цвета. Модель та же, но по цвету не совпали ожидания и реальность
