I loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the size of the rooms.
The facilities are in need of a bit of a loving refurbishment. Especially the bathroom and the bed and the carpets. I love the themed rooms though yet assume it’s harder to maintain.
Heerlijk bed, goede douche, super aardig en behulpzaam personeel, iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, je eigen, rustige plekje in London, alsof je er woont, op super handige locatie vlakbij King's Cross. Ontbijtservice. Eigen koelkastje, en eigen koffie/thee kunnen zetten.
Maar 1 klein wastafeltje, klein appartementje, maar dat schijnt overal in London zo te zijn.
Perfectly located for King’s Cross. Loved the touches of the little goodies in the fridge. Staff super welcoming and helpful
Only minor issue was the window and shutters didn’t close all the way (room 10 - I forgot to mention as I left) weather was fine so didn’t cause any issue but might be more of a problem in winter
Staff were nice and location close to Euston. Complimentary bottle prosecco on arrival. They looked after our bags while we went into city.
Basement bedroom, pretty dark and dingy. The bathroom was a plastic corner unit but power shower was hot. Bathroom light not working when we got into room but maintenance fixed while we were out. One double bed was against a wall. The glass door onto a patio looked straight into another bedroom. TV was in a wall that didn’t face the beds. Noisy aircon unit.

My room was in the basement, which meant it was dark but probably what i booked and at least it was quiet. Room had everything i wanted and more

Absolutely great location, the staff were amazing and so attentive and helped with whatever I needed! Loved the snacks fridge with cherry pepsi max which is my favourite! The bed was extremely comfortable and was a good size for what I needed!
The blind didn’t fully block out the light from outside but other than that, perfect!

My bedroom 102 was located by the entrance door and it made a very loud noise of slamming door each time a visitor would come in and out

For what we paid for a penthouse, the room was tired and a bit battered - particularly the bathroom. My husband tried to use the record player but it didn’t work. It definitely didn’t feel like good value for money - for that cost it needs a spruce up. I wouldn’t stay again

It was a little noisy outside late at night but ear plugs is an essential part of my wash kit. 😀
