Comfy bed. Great shower. Morning tea and biscuits. Lots of nice personal touches like cucumber sandwiches on arrival. Personalised notes from the owner. Very impressive service.

Good for a one night stay over
Pros:

Location was good, quirky decor, lots of communication from host via WhatsApp and email, complimentary Jam was nice as was the dry mini bar.

Cons:

Room very small, some lights didn’t work, no mugs for coffee / tea, an odd sprout like drain smell in bathroom, toilet seat did not fit toilet, noisy as could hear other rooms until early hours

Great value for money in a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location for price. Nice decor and very clean. Good quality pillows and bed was comfy.
Rooms are well kitted out with a good hair dryer. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t amazing on our floor. Shower water pressure was an issue.

Kleines Geschenk (Konfitüre) als Begrüssung und Sandwiches. Getränke im Kühlschrank. Es war alles da. Tee am Morgen vor der Türe. Sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und eng. In der Dusche kann man sich kaum bewegen. Jemand mit über 185cm kann nicht drin aufrecht stehen. Das Zimmer war im Keller, nicht sehr angenehm. Sehr enge Treppen

If you want to have a stylish stay in a great spot and be looked after stay here!!!
Pros:

Everything! Starting with the treatment my wife and I had from when we walked through the door, chaperoned, tea in the morning, bag kept for us for the afternoon , politeness. Then the room and its furnishing stylish , clean and fresh . Just loved it. Literally

Comfortabele bedden, kleine kamers maar wel heel gezellig en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Schoon en netjes. We vonden het leuk dat de accommodatie een theetje met koekjes kwam brengen en dat ze zeer attent waren en snel reageerden.

Would definitely return- stayed in crash pad for short stay- ideal for one night
Pros:

Location and use of space perfect- lovely staff great communication and even sandwiches and gift of jam which was lovely- comfortable bed and quiet- perfect for kings Cross

Only minor point was lack of AC so very very hot- there was a fan that definitely helped

King's cross駅至近のホスピタリティ溢れる機能的なホテルでした
Pros:

Eurostar到着後に泊まりましたが、King's cross駅から徒歩ですぐの距離でとてもアクセスが楽でした。ロンドンらしくこじんまりした部屋でしたが、とても機能的で掃除も行き届いていました。到着は夜でしたが、部屋に夜食としてサンドイッチが用意されており、冷蔵庫内には自由に飲食できるチョコバーやエナジードリンクもありました。また、朝にはドア前にポットに入った紅茶とクッキーを持ってきてくれました（時間をリクエストする必要あり）。階段が無かったですが、３階までスーツケースの上げ下ろしを手伝ってくれました。到着前には何度かメッセージも送ってくれて安心感が増し、全体的にホスピタリティを感じる気持ちの良い滞在でした。Kiing's cross駅近くで宿を探す必要がある場合はまた利用したいです。

Cons:

建物が複数あるようで、Booking.comの掲載住所と実際に泊まる部屋の住所が違っていたので（番地違い）、事前に施設から送られてくるドアのコード番号のメールに記載されている住所を確認した方が良いです。公園の周りを囲むように建物があるので、番号を辿っていけば住所に辿り着くと思います。公園は朝は鳥のさえずりが美しく響く良い雰囲気でしたが、週末に泊まったので夜はお酒を飲みながら騒いでいる人たちがいてちょっと治安が良くない感じがしました。
