This is a wonderful place and very convenient.
Pros:

We liked everything. They upgraded us for free. They arranged a shuttle down to the beach. The pool was great. The breakfast was delicious. It was absolutely lovely,

Non rimarrà impresso nei miei ricordi di vacanza felice !
Pros:

Siamo stati nella struttura per due notti nel mese di luglio 2026 ma il posto ha disatteso le aspettative ! In primis le immagini sia del villaggio che delle camere non sono realistiche , la piscina dal sito sembra più grande di quella che è , e in più poco curata! Le camere accoglienti ma con un problema legato al condizionatore posizionato all ingresso e sprovvisto nelle camere da letto dove l aria non arrivava ! Quindi stanze infuocate ! Il bagno pulito ma con un saliscendi nella doccia staccato e arrugginito che per docciarsi bisognava tenere con una mano! Esperienze deludente ! Peccato perché con un minimo di attenzione a questi particolari la struttura risulterebbe comoda e più accogliente !

Cons:

Ripeto quello che ho scritto precedentemente !
L unica cosa positiva la signora della reception che è stata veramente gentile e professionale !

Camere o Garage?
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una bella posizione proprio davanti la scala dei turchi, il servizio ristorazione è ottimo

Cons:

Camere economy che chiamarle camere è un complimento, palesemente dei garage ristrutturati per creare delle camere a dir poco scandaloso per un resort a 4 stelle. Giusto per evidenziare alcuni problemi: box doccia in plastica, tv che non credo arrivi nemmeno a 21 pollici, insonorizzazione COMPLETAMENTE ASSENTE, cordino di sicurezza mancante nella doccia e aspiratore assente, persiana rotta (segnalata ma che mi sono trovata a coprire con un telo mare per non farmi vedere da chi passare fuori). Per non parlare del fatto che la stanza si trova in un piano sotterraneo praticamente è l'unica finestra che dà verso fuori è la porta d'ingresso che dà su un muro. E ridicolo presentare una stanza del genere come 4 stelle anche se si parla di economy (135€ a notte mica tanto economy).

Ristorante solo all'aperto, che se capita una serata con fumi provenienti dal territorio non puoi scegliere di mangiare dentro con l'aria condizionata...peccato!

De locatie van hotel vlakbij strand van Scala Dei Turchi op wandelafstand, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers en lekker ontbijt. Ook niet ver van Agrigento om vallei van de tempels te bezichtigen s’morgens of bij zonsondergang 🌅
