Prima hotel op zeer centraal gelegen locatie!
Pros:

Ligging midden in oude centrum. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ontbijt (op andere locatie).

Cons:

Kamer had ietsje groter mogen zijn.

Perfect
Pros:

We vroegen een kamer met balkon en kregen een kamer met 3(!) balkons en prachtig uitzicht, de kamer was prachtig en overal van voorzien. Personeel ook erg lief en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Realmente el personal no fue amable. Casi no saludaban y cuando lo hacían era de mala gana. Se perdió una tarjeta y me la cobraron. Además querían cobrarme el guardado de valijas x unas horas , cosa que nunca me comunicaron cdo pregunté si era factible

Centrale ligging en een prachtig hotel
Pros:

De perfecte locatie in het centrum en de aardige medewerkers! Ze hadden heel veel goede tips. We hadden een prachtige kamer aan de voorkant en werden verrast met een fles bubbels op de kamer.

Pros:

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss nichts mitnehmen. Alles andere Pflege- Hygienemittel ist auf dem Zimmer. Sogar Föhn und Glätteisen.

Lovely respite in the middle of a busy city.
Pros:

This is a beautiful and quiet property. It’s very close to everything and feels like a respite in the middle of the busy city. The room is well appointed and the finishes are very nice.

Cons:

The room is small so you just need to be aware of that. The room is just a bit bigger than the bed so be aware. Not an unworkable problem for me but it could be for some.

CLEAN. Walking distance to train station and to city center highlights. Comfy bed. Great shower. Room was small (which we knew when we booked). Breakfast was included, but (as reported in other reviews) is in a sister hotel a good 5-minute walk away. It is an absolutely fabulous breakfast, so it’s worth the walk.

Cons:

Having the walk outside to get the fabulous breakfast. We just prefer to have breakfast in the same building.

Schlechte Service für viel Geld

Die Lage ist das einzige positive bei diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Unsere erste Nacht haben wir in einer Besenkammer verbracht. So klein war das Zimmer. Danach wurden wir umquartiert ,in ein Zimmer, in dem es weder Schrankplatz noch Bewegungsfreiheit gab. immerhin mussten wir nicht auf die Knie gehen, um aus dem Fenster zu gucken, und es gab einen winzigen Balkon. Sämtliche Bewegungen der Nachbarn beziehungsweise der Türen waren zu hören Das Frühstück mussten wir in einem anderen Hotel einnehmen. Eine Bar, oder einen Aufenthaltsraum, gab es nicht. Der Service war unfreundlich und wenig hilfreich.
