Hôtel bien situé dans Sintra, près des bus qui amènent aux lieux touristiques. Nous avons par contre trouvé le lieu mal

War ok aber an ruhigen schlaf nicht zu denken
Pros:

Schönes Hotel gute Lage und nettes Personal. Man hat eine Parkkarte gegen Gebühr bekommen und konnte kostenlos in Sintra parken.

Cons:

Hatten im Untergeschoss unser Zimmer die ganze Nachts sehr laut da das Personal nebenan gearbeitet hat abends spät und nachts. Der Aufzug hat man ebenfalls im Zimmer gehört sobald jemand damit gefahren ists

Excelente atendimento, pequeno almoço bastante completo e a localização é bem central.

Cons:

É impossível estacionar em época alta, a cidade não tem bons estacionamento e Hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, deixar o carro em qualquer lugar é muito caro.

Uma agradável surpresa
Pros:

Dos funcionários, muito simpáticos e prestativos, nota 10! Da localização, a estação de comboios fica muito próxima e de ter acesso ao centro histórico, com uma curta caminhada muito agradável.
Espero voltar :)

Da água no duche que saía com pouca pressão e a dificuldade de regular a temperatura.

Staff was excellent welcoming us, explaining everything, providing dinner and city recommendations, and went above and beyond to get items we had forgotten in the room back to us.

Great hotel with great location, etc.
Pros:

Great hotel, and location near the train station. Beds were super comfortable. Nice little breakfast also included. Manuel and Evanita who are at the desk went out of their way to help us with information, etc. Definitely would recommend!
