Uma agradável surpresa
Pros:

Dos funcionários, muito simpáticos e prestativos, nota 10! Da localização, a estação de comboios fica muito próxima e de ter acesso ao centro histórico, com uma curta caminhada muito agradável.
Espero voltar :)

Da água no duche que saía com pouca pressão e a dificuldade de regular a temperatura.

Pros:

Great hotel, and location near the train station. Beds were super comfortable. Nice little breakfast also included. Manuel and Evanita who are at the desk went out of their way to help us with information, etc. Definitely would recommend!

Localisation et l’accueil. La chambre et salle de bain était super.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre. Jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, nous entendions les bruits provenant des espaces communs car très écho.

Hotel pequeño, con encanto cerca de todo para desplazarse y con un personal muy amable.
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y limpia, el personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudarnos a planificar nuestra visita. Tiene un patio donde por la noche sentarse a tomar el fresco.

Cons:

El baño un poco pequeño, pero analizando que es una casa típica reformada, merece la pena alojarse allí.

Gostei muito da simpatia e do atendimento de toda a equipe. As toalhas de banho estavam sempre muito limpas e macias. A localização do hotel é excelente, e a internet funcionou muito bem durante toda a estadia.O quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. Como tenho alergia e prefiro dormir com a janela aberta, pedi um quarto onde isso fosse possível. Prontamente atenderam ao meu pedido e me deram um quarto com a janela voltada para a serra, o que fez toda a diferença para o meu conforto.A comunicação com o hotel foi excelente. Sempre responderam rapidamente às minhas mensagens com muita atenção e cordialidade. O café da manhã era simples, mas tinha tudo o que era necessário para começar bem o dia.
Muito obrigada pela excelente recepção. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Cons:

A única sugestão de melhoria seria ter um pouco mais de espaço no banheiro para apoiar os itens de higiene pessoal, como escova de dentes, pasta de dentes e outros produtos. Fora isso, tudo correu muito bem.
