Great set up for a family!
Pros:

Loved the family suite. We were together but had our own space. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend.

A great, centrally located hotel for your next trip
Pros:

We had a great stay at My Story Ouro. The room was beautiful corner room on a high floor so not much of the street noise carried. The staff were friendly and eager to help in any way they could. The location is very central, a close walk to most of the city centre points of interest. All in all, highly recommend.

Cons:

Only real downside, which is a minor one, is the room was a bit small. That made it a challenge to have our two large travel bags open and still move about the room comfortably.

Lisbon is great
Pros:

We would give this hotel a 5 , the rooms were nice and clean , comfortable bed , hot showers.Breakfast was good but a little crammed into a small save . The staff were very helpful and the location was very cent

Pros:

Atención excelente, muy amables, todo estupendo, realmente una bonita experiencia, incluso me tuve que marchar un día antes por la huelga general de Portugal y me dieron una copa de vino mientras venía el taxi. Gracias Equipo!

Cons:

Eché en falta alguna mesa para poder usar el ordenador, ahora que trabajamos mucho en remoto, sería bien disponer por lo menos de una silla o de una mesa para eso...

A lovely hotel, I would recommend
Pros:

The rooms were really pretty with the large windows and high ceilings. The location was brilliant and staff lovely. AC worked so well which is a big thing I worry about when travelling during summer!
