Comfortable room in the garden area
Friendly staff and delicious meals
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely with a great bar area. The swimming pool and tippi tent with pizzas and tapas was a definite bonus.
The bathroom was clean but there was hair in the plug hole, toilet could have been cleaner, dirt on the bed blanket and our table at breakfast was sticky. My husband noticed thick dust underneath the breakfast bar. These points seem picky for such a lovely place but for the price per night I would have expected it to be spotless.
The staff were friendly and polite. I got shown to my room which was nice as don't get that anymore. My room was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Comfy and warm. Nice view out the window over looking the grounds of the hotel. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the Town Centre.

Great location, comfortable beds and very cool in the heatwave. Love the use of the pool - 45minutes exclusive use!
The upstairs windows frames needed cleaning ao they could be opened without dirt and debris falling in. We had to ask where to empty the bins. The back garden wasnt clear that it was shared so taken over by the family in The Barn.

Comfortable, and very quiet bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Lovely setting and general feel to the place. I have stayed here a few times and always enjoy it.
Nothing really
Stayed in a small cottage on the hotel grounds for a short break. Hotel is separate and is an impressive country house. There is also Glamping on site in the extensive gardens. Easy walk to the town centre and beaches but far enough out ot be away from the bustle.

The history of the Grove is fascinating. Our room was a smaller room but we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The restaurant was superb as were the cocktails we had pre dinner. This hotel is within walking distance to Cromer seafront which is approximately a 10minute walk.

I liked the setting and the freedom of The Grove, the pool was lovely and relaxing and the sea is close by, lots of nice seating areas in the gardens, would definitely stay again
