Zimmer schmutzig, Badezimmer viele Bartstoppel und Zahnpasta vom Vormieter. Türschloss defekt, Tür wurde scheinbar mal eingetreten. Schlechter geruch im Zimmer durch schimmel in der Klima Anlage. Backofen siehe Bilder, dafür gibt es keine Worte. Terasse nicht nutzbar wegen stinkendem Abwasser der Klimaanlage und einem goßen muffigen Schacht in dem sich Rattenkot befand. Wir haben ausgecheckt und uns beschwert. Kein Geld zurück bekommen auch nicht die zuviel gezahlte Touristen Abgabe oder das ungenutzte Frühstück. Egal, besser als krank werden. Where to start, the staff is incredibly rude, they don't give a f*** about you.

I was awaken at 09:10 by the cleaning ladies knocking and talking incredibly loud for almost 10 min on the room next to mine, while I was shouting I was trying to sleep. Then when I woke up and the shower didn't work, I had to shower myself with droplets basically.

Then at 11:05 they are knocking on my door saying it's 11AM and they have to clean. I understand if it was 12PM, but never in my life I've been in a hotel where the cleaning ladies are basically trying to push you out five minutes after the time you are meant to leave the room. And when I said I was getting ready they replied the hour is at 11AM. Well I also paid to have a working shower and not be awaken by shouting two hours before.

When I told them that they had woken me up, they just said it was at 10AM (which is a lie) and that they were not shouting at my door, rather the door next to mine (which makes it okay for them to do that).

Then I went down to try and talk with the guy in the reception and he basically closed the reception door in my face, took a phone call and said "yes okay". So clearly they don't care, they know probably almost all of their customers are not coming back either way, so they got paid and that's what matters. I've never been treated like this at a hotel I booked through booking.

How anyone gives this a 7.0 is beyond my understanding. Worst experience I've ever had, yes it's cheap, but for the same price there is much better in Malta. I know because before this one I stayed in two other places.

Also if they are so concerned with cleaning maybe they can clean the elevator as it was disgusting.

Suciedad en la habitación y las instalaciones. No limpian ni cambian las toallas y sábanas durante la estancia. Las imágenes de booking no corresponden con la realidad.

sono arrivato nella struttura alle ore 19:30 /20:00 ho fatto una doccia.
rientrati dopo aver cenato ci siamo messi a letto verso le 24:00 e ci siamo addormentati, verso le 02:200 di notte sentivo un fastidio fisico, vedo in bagno e mi accorgo che ho dei segni nel corpo e penso che siano zanzare, le cerco ma non trovo nessuna zanzara, nel frattempo il mio collega si accorge che il mio letto è pieno di insetti (cimici) quindi scendo sotto per cercare qualcuno ma non trovo nessuno e di conseguenza vedendo le condizioni poco igienici mi reco a dormire in auto.
l'indomani avviso il personale inoltro le foto delle cimici al responsabile e gli dico che nel frattempo ho la febbre.
cerco se possono rimborsarmi i soldi per recarmi in un'altra struttura perche ovviamente non avevo più intenzione di pernottare e mi negano il rimborso, avevo lasciato il mio numero per essere chiamo e avere un chiarimento con il direttore ma nessuno fino ad oggi mi ha telefonato.
farò causa sia alla struttura e sia a booking

Hotel e camera fatiscente, addirittura durante un temporale dal soffitto entrava acqua a tutto spiano, proprio di fianco al letto. La signora delle pulizie alle 9 di mattina veniva a bussare a tutta forza per entrare a rifare la camera, ritornando 15 minuti dopo, con le stesse modalita', ma noi eravamo in vacanza e avremmo voluto dormire. Bagno fatiscente e rubinetti con bassissima portata d'acqua. Inoltre, sul portale le immagini delle camere e la descrizione dei servizi erano totalmente diverse dal reale.

Acho que os quartos não tinham bom isolamento do som, o facto da louça cheirar mal e não ter detergente nem esponjas para a puder lavarmos, o frigorífico também não estava limpo devidamente.

bedbugs spoiled our holiday! I don’t recommend this place! When I messaged on WhatsApp/emailed the owner he never got back to me. It’s worrying that booking allows such places to advertise their properties on this platform.
