Never again going back worst experience ever.
Pros:

The pool.

Cons:

The customer service was terrible, the cards we received to unlock the door didn’t work had to go back to ask for new ones 3 different times and the guy/lady at the office was rolling there eyes and giving attitude even when we went to ask for just a towel. When trying to lower the AC it made the room stink really bad like if something was burning. Not to mention there were bugs, me and my family all left with bug bites.

Loud freeway noise bait and switch property

24 hour check in

Cons:

I booked a room with a queen bed and got a dirty room with a full bed. When I called the front desk I was told that some rooms had mattresses switched out and they didn’t know which ones. She then told me to call back in the morning for a better explanation but I was not told this was a possibility or that they didn’t have others rooms I could switch too otherwise I would’ve booked elsewhere.
