I will never stay here again.

Cons:

I paid for a room with air conditioning and I was placed in a room with no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. I was told to keep coming back the following morning but they never had rooms available. This property was also advertised as “smoke-free” but everyone around me was smoking cigarettes right outside their door. I didn’t complain about this because I had already complained to management about the room they placed me in with no A/C. I would actually like a full refund for this horrible experience.

Very disapointed that I didn't receive a refund. I contacted booking.com.
Pros:

Nothing went well. Staff wasn't friendly or helpful when I requested room change. I should have been notified that the AC wasn't working upon check in. I would have requested a refund then.

Cons:

AC was out and I wasn't informed until I was in the room. I requested a room change and that was when I was informed. Ice machine and vending machines both not working. I requested a refund and didn't receive one. I've stayed here many times before and I've never had a problem. I wasn't able to sleep due to the heat and had to buy a fan.

Comfortable and safe, very nice stay for value motel for 2 female travelers
Pros:

The room was very clean and had clearly been refurnished recently so it felt very classy for a motel, space for two people, and had a nice seating nook and 2 chairs and table for breakfast and to use as a little office. The fridge was clean, cold, and spacious. There were plenty of towels, hand soap, and the shower/toilet room smelled and looked clean. Parking was easily available and the location felt very safe, was easy to find, and is close to the highway entrance. The air conditioner in the room worked really well and kept us cool.

Cons:

I would love if there was a hot tub in the pool area. The ice machine was broken. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom if that's something you expect. No microwave in my room or communal microwave, that would have been nice.

The 1st night the air conditioning wasn't working correctly. It was off when we arrived and just wasn't capable of cooling the room in anyway. It was so hot it made my wife ill, it ruined her day at universal studios. She was very upset

Pros:

The lady was nice up front. That Is The Only Thing That Was OK

Cons:

It was so dirty and sketchy on the outside. Homeless people sitting around outside. We never staid I ask for a full refund and received it and it cleared the next morning

Disappointing
Pros:

Inside didn’t have carpet, which is great for pets traveling with you. The sink/vanity was updated and nice.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty. Walls, baseboards, and bathrooms were gross. There were spiders everywhere and despite killing at least four of them, we still woke with bites and found more the next morning. There was no air conditioning in the first room assigned and the fan they provided was old and barely helped. Luckily we brought our own fan. We were eventually able to move to another room but the air conditioning was still poor. We saw many other guests also without air conditioning who were using fans in their rooms to pull the cooler outside air into the room. This facility uses a communal microwave, which is all the way in the office and a bit gross since it was frequently dirty.

Close to the Walmart.

Cons:

The key to the room is always not working, so I have to go to the receptionist to make it active when I am already in front of my room.
Please upgrade your key system, makes it convenience for the guests.

The stairs were uneven so difficult to manage with luggage. Room was smaller than expected and ceiling was very low. Anyone taller than 5’6” would be too tall for comfort.
