床垫太差了，腰部陷进去，无法平躺，睡的很难受，后来在地板上睡的，也有可能只是那个房间的床垫太差，让我碰到了，希望老板及时更换床垫

asked to used the laundry and they said to unlock it with the card room key but it was locked from the outside. only booked this room to be able to wash some clothes and came out very disappointed

It was a disaster. And I still have not received my refund.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the fact that it’s right off the freeway.

Cons:

The service was horrible. The room was dirty. There was old gum on the floor and men’s underwear hanging in the bathroom. The bedsheets looked very unclean.

now I absolutely like the old staff that was there and has been there for awhile they are great but the new staff needs to have some classes in customer service especially discrimination policies I'm pretty sure they violated a couple of those policies they are rude they lie about reservations when it is in the system I spent hours yesterday going back in fourth with motel 6 and customer service now one tells me it's there and the front desk is really trying to tell me it isn't there they don't answer the phone at all the sit in the office neglect the front desk ignored me for 30 mins I walk away watched another customer go in and they help them DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION TO THE MAX AND THIS IS HOW THEY REPRESENT A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE SUED AND FIRED HE SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON PAYROLL

ALL NEW STAFF AND MANAGER YOU NEED TO BE FIRED ASAP THERE IS A LAWSUIT HERE
