Les toilettes étaient dégoûtants en arrivant, télé qui ne fonctionne pas et surtout la climatisation ne marchait pas. Nous avons dû aller à la réception à 1h du matin car nous avions trop chaud et ils nous ont indiqué que non la climatisation de notre chambre n’était pas fonctionnelle et qu’ils n’avaient pas de place pour nous changer. Le lendemain en partant ils nous ont fait un document de remboursement de la chambre, donc un geste commercial très appréciable. Mais cela fait plus d’1 mois et aucun remboursement n’a été fait. Nous avons donc essayé de voir avec Booking mais motel 6 refuse la procédure de remboursement, alors que nous avons la preuve écrite qu’ils devaient le faire….

The desk clerk, I forgot her name, offered us a ride to the Amtrak station after her shift was over. That was thoughtful of her since the train scheduled to pick up passengers in Kingman at 1a.m.

Cons:

The first room had cock roaches, the second room they gave us had dirty linens on the bed and the floors were disgustingly filthy. It looks like they cater to the drug users and homeless. I thought it was a motel not a shelter.

Interrupteur et prises prêt du lit non fonctionnel
Et j'en passe cher pour peu de service
Hote cherl a éviter aucun service
Le plus mauvais motel 6 que nous avons fréquenté. Visiteurs passer votre chemin
Il faudrait revoir ceci .

I went to Kingman to buy a house. The motel is in perfect location.
Pros:

I had a single bed and then my grand daughter wanted to go. I called them to let them know I needed 2 beds and they upgraded the room to two beds and a fridge and assigned us a room right at the pool with no problem at all! We had early check in. It went very smooth! I was so stoked that they gave us one of the best rooms in a perfect location for my dog and granddaughter! Would definitely stay again! Room was clean.

Everything was perfect and as expected.
