I loved the food and the staff!
Pros:

I loved staying here. The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was professional and responsive. They were always available and helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. I loved the fried fish and the tocino, and even though I was staying by myself, they were happy to leave two breakfasts, which I enjoyed. Also, you have to appreciate how special it is to take a hot shower in the Philippines. It was great!

Cons:

By American standards, the bed was stiff and the toilet didn't function. This is actually very normal for most Filipinos. You just have to fill the little trash can with water to help flush and it will work properly (most Filipinos use a timba and a tabo to flush the toilet so their plumbing isn't really designed to do what toilets do in other countries).

Overpriced stay with poor breakfast, noisy air conditioning, and an unpleasant room view.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and decent sleeping comfort.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor quality and felt like a cheap local meal with little effort put into it. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, my room faced what looked like a dumping area, which completely ruined the atmosphere. Considering the price I paid, I honestly don’t think this place offers good value for money.

The room was so big, clean and very comfortable. At a walkable distance from a shopping centre

Cons:

The fridge didn't work, I had to order my breakfast in advance ( packed and delivered from somewhere else), and it was very hard for the taxi to reach the hotel.

Staff were friendly and the location was good

Cons:

Facilities at the hotel were poor, no coffee available and the breakfast was a joke, pre made and packaged, who wants to eat chicken adobo at 8am in the morning. Very disaapointing if im being honest. I will not be staying there again.
