You suck - Do better
Pros:

Nothing, we arrived to find a demolished hotel. Your company still hasn't acknowledged either of my messages regarding this issue.

Cons:

EVERYTHING!!! No building equals a mad scramble to try and find another place to stay. Even though you were sending me messages, as if they were coming from the hotel itself; therefore it was an even greater shock to find the hotel was a giant hole in the ground!!!
